The first edition of the book Don't complain, it's not the factory, dates from
the "world before", at the beginning of 2020. Two years later, the "world after"being what it is, not a line of the initial report was not to change as for theexploitation in the associative medium. But it was necessary to enrich the textwith lessons from the period of confinement and its aftermath, the explosion oftelework, the emergency organization which is becoming the rule, the constantevaporation of employers... ---- The wage earner in associations, it remainswage-earning, exploitation is always exploitation. False volunteering, hypocrisyof civic service, classic employer pressures, the associative status does notmake the bond of subordination disappear. Worse, it often makes it more obscurebecause the bosses pretend not to be, while behaving as such. So, here too, wehave to organize collectively. The experience of the Asso-Solidaires uniondeserves to be underlined. During their last national course, at the end of June,its members worked for two days around a theme : self-management.In connection with the history of the labor movement, with contemporaryexperiences, but above all from their daily realities, within their place ofexploitation, their association.
