former employer repeatedly violated labor law and owes them, according to

refusing any negotiation with the union in order to regularize the situation. He

former employees who dared to face him to defend their rights and claim their

acceptable to violate the rights of employees.

This conflict is also indicative of a more general situation in small businesses.
Deplorable wages and working conditions, unpaid overtime, precariousness,
non-respect of labor law, concealed work, schedules given at the last minute,
moral and sexual harassment are too often commonplace there. And unfortunately
collective struggles in these companies are still too rare today.

For all these reasons, our collectives and trade union, associative and political
organizations in the Toulouse basin, would like to affirm to the three employees
in struggle and to their union, our complete solidarity. Facing an employer with
unacceptable actions, we call for concrete support by participating in ongoing
union actions. Through this forum, we also want to send a message to all workers
in small businesses in Toulouse: you are not alone and the violation of employee
rights is not inevitable. . When we touch one, we touch all.
