condition of existence. ---- We can have a lot of perspectives regarding ourworking conditions, but it is clear that it is not the same as other times whenwe were not lucky enough to exist. ---- The evolutions, like the involutions,involve changes in the first instance of natural origin, but many times they canbe conditioned by human actions. ---- In Japan there is a tendency to developwatermelons in square containers so that they take that shape, nowadayscontainers are sold that are applied to the small plant, and we can havewatermelons with the shapes of faces or hearts. ---- Who put that containeraround our working condition to shape it?Romance is a very deep attraction between two parties (where love isn't alwaysinvolved), but it also involves a pretty bare-bones amount of time.The passion of our youth brings us closer to many things that curdle us in thatmoment of intensity, but that we later leave in that adult place to remember asthe best moment we ever had. Physical and mental conditions that arecharacteristic of a fullness that we already see far from being achieved.There is a membrane of anarchism there, the one that captured us through punk, orthat came to us through some proto-procer that they didn't teach us in school,that needs to break and become its own today.There is a membrane of trade unionism, the one in which we once understood thatwe could generate something cool for me and all my colleagues, which also needsto be broken and made its own today.It is thin, and the more pressure, the easier to break the membrane.We must overcome romanticism and make serious the link with what as children orat another time we took from fanaticism, or idealized seeing as a feat of somehero that we cannot be. There are no heroes, there are ideas and we can all be them.Today is the time to begin to make our own flesh and long live what we need somuch, to take the reins of our own development, from our hands and those of allour colleagues.There is no chance of being fully, if that hand that, like with watermelons,shapes our reality.We know that this hand is precarious, extractivist, but above all thingsdehumanizing. There is no way to understand as human, working hours and witheringtasks that break our bodies, that impoverish us socially and that the only prizethey give us is to be able to sleep in the best of cases.We don't stop working, neither young people, nor adults, nor older people. Wework; yesterday, today and tomorrow, we have to get up to work.In this dynamic, new forms of employment surround us and we cannot let them beconditioned to a development that is not what we want, we cannot let conditionscontinue to be precarious since the conception of these new forms.Our workspaces should not be conditioned by external factors. Our hands, ourstrength, our capital, our conditions.And saying ours is not minor, speaking in the plural finds us where everythingleads us to isolation. The persecution of many comrades made us grow with fear,which is also a membrane that we must break.You have to get organized and go back to the assemblies, which is much more thanbeing part of.
