When the Commune de Paris group proposed to the editorial board of Le Monde
libertaire to extend the symposium on self-management that it had organized atthe self-managed high school in Paris with a series of articles to share thoughtsand feed a file on this subject, we gladly accepted. "Self-management", aunifying word, heard in many demonstrations. ---- What a great project for theanti-authoritarian movement. Self-management, remember, it's LIP with an engineCFDT. And who now gives in to co-management... Self-management is anything butrestful: that no one decides for you forces you to decide. Not easy. On the otherhand, if no one decides for you then no one will force you to respect thedecisions made for you. Or eating braised endives...Do you like braised endives? No problem, after discussions you will associatewith those who want to eat it while I will join the group of those who want toeat ratatouille. Pass me a knife, I'll take care of the zucchini... It goeswithout saying that the choice will not be restricted to two dishes...All this to say that self-management cannot be conceived without consultations,reflections and above all cannot be conceived with a supreme soviet which willdecide for you. Even if this supreme soviet is pro-ratatouille...Not clear as explanations?
