During the day of Wednesday, December 7, continuing with the commemorative acts
of the centenary of the AIT, the exhibition "The libertarian press in secrecy:1939-1975" was presented by the Ateneu Enciclopedic Popular de Barcelona. In theexhibition and during the talk that accompanied this presentation, the effort ofthe libertarian movement to develop anarchist and anti-Franco propaganda wasshown. ---- At 5:00 p.m. the short film «Few good and safe» was shown. Which, inthe form of fiction, narrates the origins of the Coordinadora de Presos en Lucha(COPEL), an organization of prisoners that was created inside Spanish prisons inthe mid-1970s to request amnesty and obtain better living conditions forprisoners. After the screening, a debate was held on the current situation of theprisoners' struggle and the current prison situation.The second act of the afternoon was the talk "Brief history ofanarcho-syndicalism in the region of Chile", by Daniel Minchekewün, where areview was made from the origins to the present of the anarchist andanarcho-syndicalist movements, as well as the different social and politicalchanges that the Chilean region has gone through since the end of the 19thcentury.
