Such cases are reported byhuman rights activists. The Agora Human Rights Center reported on 280 soldierswho were held for fourteen days in the basement of a prison in the Luhanskregion, where they were pressured and threatened. After arriving home, the mensubmitted a statement to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federationthat crimes had been committed against them.
