 We live in an era of great uncertainty, with structural threats to our

civilization. Often the causes of these threats lie in the effects of the
capitalist system itself. The aim of this document is to establish a road map
with themes related to the ecosocial and energy crisis, which can be scheduled
and which can feed back on other existing social struggles in the territory. ----
We know that the only way out for humanity is mutual support and self-management
. Therefore, we need to articulate the initiatives that exist in the territory
and turn them into a proposal from below towards the whole of
society. This collective response must be well planned and really at the service
of the people . For this reason, the answer is necessarily plural and diverse .

 From Embat we understand that this process of collective actions must culminate
in a large meeting of a congressional nature that articulates the different
actors present in the social struggles.

Therefore, we make a non-exhaustive proposal of measures to be implemented in our
society to mitigate the effects of the crisis that is approaching us. This list
serves as a road map for the people's movement and will of course be subject to
working in sectoral working groups to deepen its scope.

As you will see, we think that the social response does not depend on a
collective, organization or social movement, the response must be shared by all
sectors of society committed to social transformation.

1. Expand public services and community self-management and encourage their use

1.1 Health
* Defend public health services.
* Guarantee access to quality and universal public healthcare.
* Guarantee that there are primary care emergency centers in all towns with more
than 5,000 inhabitants (they must be close by).
* Strengthen primary care.
* Break with all the coordination of services (MUFACE, MUGEJU; ISFAS, private
clinics and hospitals...).
* Work with patents and public pharmaceuticals.
* Include mental health, gynecological, dental and ophthalmological coverage...
for the entire population.

1.2 Cures
* Encourage and enhance the creation of spaces for shared parenting.
* Promote popular spaces to collectivize the care of dependent people.
* Expand the common area, with resources of common use, for reproductive work:
games and toys, kitchen equipment, cleaning utensils, books...
* Improve the working and living conditions of people who work in the home and care.
* Improve and conquer the rights of people who care for others who are in a
situation of dependency (paid leave to care for dependent people, who have
personal space for self-care and their own life).
* Encourage men to take care of themselves (communalize care).
* Create community dining rooms (neighborhood kitchens, for example).
* Emphasize care work.
* Municipalize private geriatric homes and improve their conditions.
* Municipalize Home Care Services (SAD).
* Reduce hours spent on salaried work to spread the burden of care.

1.3 Education
* Defend public education services.
* Guarantee access to quality and universal public education.
* Include the axes of ecological work and economic decline in the educational
program.
* Promote or strengthen popular universities, popular study cycles, etc., with
training in ecology and economic decline.
* Include spaces for consumption within education (shared breakfasts, lunches
included in the educational program...) free of charge and with local, organic
products, etc.
* Rationalize educational timetables taking into account the climate, biological
needs...
* Convert educational centers into spaces for neighborhood revitalization
(library timetables, playgrounds...).
* Reduce the digitization of education.
* Study in buildings and courtyards that are sustainable and designed for the
pedagogical task (soundproofing, thermal insulation, ventilation, lighting...)
and with a feminist perspective (uses of the courtyards).
* Eliminate the single center election zone. All centers must have the necessary
resources.

2. Prioritize reducing superfluous and polluting consumption of water and energy

* Incentivize hiring renewable and environmentally friendly energy cooperatives.

3. Fight against water and energy macro-infrastructures
3.1 Water
* Municipalize or co-operate the water supply system, focusing especially on
community management and not as a market good.
* Non-renewal of water commercialization concessions by private companies.
* Fight against water macro projects, for example, golf courses.
* Prioritize crops adapted to the local climate and irrigation systems that
reduce water use.
* Fight against the construction of new hydroelectric plants and the emptying of
dams according to business economic benefits.
* Reduce water consumption by industry and the tourism sector more (in general)
than by families.

3.2 Energy
* Produce on a "micro" scale, of a local, neighborhood or individual nature that
covers basic needs and is managed by energy communities.
* Promote the use of self-installing photovoltaic kits.
* Fight against new fossil infrastructures (such as the proposed MIDCAT or BARMAR
gas pipelines).
* Fight against the new renewable macro-infrastructures.
* Apart from self-sufficiency and cooperatives, promote public energy companies
under social criteria.
* Dismantle inefficient and/or dangerous energy macro-infrastructures (such as
nuclear power plants).

4. Universal and free public transport
* Promote and extend territorially public transport and make it as ecological as
possible.
* Establish free public transport in cities and suburbs.
* Lower the price of medium-distance train travel.
* Promote alternative campaigns to paying for public transport (sneak onto public
transport, "magic cards"...).
* Promote the transition of private and/or individual transport towards more
ecological and communal formulas (shared use of private cars, municipal networks
of vehicles for collective use, cooperatives of shared mobility...).
* Promote travel on foot and by bicycle.

5. Reconvert bankrupt industry into ecological and local economic activity
* Introduce environmental proposals (recycling, reduction of consumption,
reduction of emissions...) through trade union sections.
* Promote industries of basic needs on a local scale.
* Cooperate companies to transform them into ecological and local economic activity.
* Create new cooperatives from the unions.
* Fight against the polluting industry.
* Locate the production.
* Prohibit high emissions in companies.

8. Improve working conditions
