government, which far from acting and yielding to the demands made by LGBTI
health and solidarity associations prefers to fuel hatred by giving pride of
place to reactionary influencers and influencers, often pseudo "feminists", in
their anti-trans lobbying. But this government is also a more direct actor of
oppression, by refusing to ban the mutilation of intersex children despite
multiple condemnations from the international community. Or even by enacting its
pension reform, which among all workers will affect the most precarious all the
more, including trans people... same pattern for the reform of unemployment
insurance. Taking up all the themes of the far right in parallel with its social
breakdown, the Macron government took the opportunity to pass the Darmanin
"asylum and immigration" law which accentuated the hunt for undocumented workers
and immigrants, among whom -a certain number are LGBTI. Having fled their country
in the face of persecution, they find themselves in France facing the violence of
the racist state.

Nothing new, then, while the state and the bosses attack the rights of the vast
majority of workers, they attack and further marginalize sexual, gender,
"national" or "ethnic" minorities. .

The situation for trans people is no better internationally. The United States is
particularly illustrated by the violence of the anti-trans offensive which is
accelerating in many states, which in turn pass laws that are more transphobic
than the others: criminalization of parents who help their children to to
transition, ban on talking about gender and sexual orientation at school,
limitation of access to hormonal treatments for adults, ban on transition paths
and forced de-transitions for minors... So many measures which aim, for any
means, purely and simply, to prevent the existence of trans people.

Faced with this, the oppressed raise their heads and organize the response. In
France, this year's march will take place under the slogan "against the Darmanin
law". Necessary convergence at a time when the powerful are trying to isolate us,
the Union Communiste Libertaire calls for massive joining of ExistransInter. Only
mobilization will impose social themes, access to free and free transitions, an
