discussions on the subject, simulate the consequences of applying the measure,
finalizing motions and drafting critical documents on the proposal on which to
call upon the self-convened assemblies and subsequently the governing bodies of the

institutional confrontation.

equality and does not depend on the territory or region in which one lives.

Furthermore, the presence of twenty mini regional states will cause public
expenditure linked to the cost of the administrative apparatus to take off, which
will grow dramatically: a senseless, inefficient, expensive and chaotic choice.
To counter this project it is necessary to create a strong mass movement that
blocks the legislative process, first of all by putting pressure on the
parliamentary opposition so that there is no negotiation or mediation on this
issue. This can only happen on condition that they are pushed to act and take
sides under the pressure of a strong mass movement which induces the Government
to withdraw from its intentions. This result can only be obtained on condition
that information on differentiated autonomy grows and develops by clarifying the
lack of topicality and interest of its implementation also for the northern
regions of the country in the new economic situation created in central Europe as
a result of the war and the energy crisis which will change the country's
