discusses the proposed articles, raises others according to the wishes expressed

classes, in the streets, and even within intellectual circles close to power and
the bourgeois media, the observation of a political and institutional crisis
seems to be widely shared. The figure of Macron-Jupiter, a contemptuous and
arrogant banker, already hated during the time of the Yellow Vests, embodies this
technocratic and illegitimate policy, cut off from citizens, blind to their
difficulties and deaf to their anger.
If this rejection crystallizes on Macron, it is not limited to it and seems to
deepen. The vertical institutions of the Fifth Republic came under fire from
critics, and many denounced the "excesses" represented by the trampling of
Parliament (art. 47.1, 49.3), referendum mechanisms (RIP), intermediary bodies
(unions all together, LDH) or popular demonstrations (3 million demonstrators).

At the same time, in the "world of work", the neoliberal offensive is attacking
the historical organs of co-management head-on. Abolition of the CHSCT in the
private and the public, reduction of the hours of union delegation, reinforcement
of the small chieftaincy in the National Education...

This crisis in the exercise of power and the growing rift between those who hold
it and those who suffer from it fuel both the visceral rejection of "all rotten"
and an aspiration to regain control of power over our lives, often under the
terms of a "true democracy". We have seen it, in different registers, with the
success of the confusionist videos of Etienne Chouard on democracy, among the
Yellow Vests with the RIC, or recently in the street against the pension reform,
which had never also felt legitimate to decide.
Does our class and horizontal vision of taking back control of our lives emerge
strengthened from this crisis? Or, on the contrary, as in many places on the
planet, are authoritarian, populist and theocratic regimes faring better?
Will we be able to seize the opportunity of the crisis to debate, in practice, in
the struggles, democracy (direct, workers), the power of
councils/soviets/roundabouts, self-management, autonomy worker, of the federation
of municipalities? Can we restore legitimacy to a revolutionary perspective, that
is to say the overthrow of the system? We will be able to start from recent
struggles, in France and internationally, in order to analyze the changes in the
exercise of power and the possibilities opened up in the class struggle for a
revolution without a leader, without a party, without a union.
