from which the left suffers in this historical phase of the class conflict. Nor
are major references offered by the cultural world as regards the social and
legal sciences, because here too a navigation of small cabotage of subjects in
search of legitimacy for the purpose of obtaining university professorships,
assignments for the drafting of newspaper editorials, to play the role of pundits
who make school in the country's politics and television talk shows.
A verification of the effective position of the intellectuals is possible by
