On Tuesday, August 8, a repressive operation against the anarchist
movement was deployed in several cities, ridiculously called "ScriptaScelera" (maybe a cultured reference to the defined perverse lawsagainst the anarchist movement in France in the last decade of the s.XIX? Or maybe a reference to the recent Scripta Manent process?). Theinvestigation, directed by the DIGOS of La Spezia and by theanti-terrorism prosecution of Genoa, is aimed in particular at hittingthe fortnightly internationalist anarchist newspaper "Bezmotivny",published from the end of 2020. The initial request for ten arrests injail ( of which five against the comrades of the Circolo Anarchico"Gogliardo Fiaschi" of Carrara) by the prosecutor Manotti - alreadyresponsible for numerous proceedings against anarchist comrades - hasbeen modified by the investigating judge, resulting in 4 house arrestswith all the restrictions and the electronic bracelet, five residenceobligations with the obligation to spend the night at home and a partnerwithout any restriction. One of the comrades under house arrest has beentransferred to the La Spezia prison for lacking a formal address.With this operation, once again, as has already happened with theScripta Manent trial (which has led to convictions for the publicationof the latest edition of "Croce Nera Anarchica" and the management ofsome web pages) and the Sibilla trial against the anarchist newspaper"Vetriolo", the State intends to hit anarchist publications in aparticular way with the intention of giving a warning to the entirerevolutionary movement. We do not place any trust in state justice: wesupport our ideas, we fight for possibilities of liberation to open up,we rejoice when the structures and figures responsible for exploitationand oppression are attacked. Acting against the State and employersmeans having matured a determination such as not to need anyone to"instigate" you, because it is the autonomy of thought and action thatis expressed, not gregariousness and subordination to orders (typicalcharacteristic of servants of the State).In addition, with this operation the State intends to recover theprestige of anti-terrorism and anti-mafia, eroded by the mobilization insolidarity with Alfredo Cospito on hunger strike against 41 bis and theergastolo ostativo.
