Organization, a Russian political group, concerning the latest events.----- We have entered a new tipping point phase in history. It has longbeen clear that those at the top of the power structure would eventuallyeat each other up; it was only a matter of time. ---- Today, the maintask of the anarchist and liberation movements, in Russia and elsewhere,is to consolidate the forces available, to gather what is necessary, toanalyze the situation, to restore the channels of communication whichcollapsed, and to stand ready to act.We are not kidding ourselves: the advent of this moment could take sometime. Between the February Revolution (in which the generals helpeddepose the Tsar) and the October Revolution, nine months passed. BetweenKornilov's rebellion and October, two months.But one thing is clear. First, the time for direct armed confrontationis closer than ever. Then neither Putin's regime nor Prigozhinsky areour friends. In this fight between two cannibals, the anarchists mustnot get involved - let them bleed each other as much as possible. Sothey won't be able to bother anyone.But this period of waiting for the opportune moment must be takenadvantage of. At all times, at every moment, we must prepare ourselvesand improve our capacity for action, analyze the situation continuously,be ready to act, to leave everything behind. Because it is better tostart too early, to rush, than to miss the moment when we could tip thestory in the right direction."We, the Anarcho-Communist Combat Organization, sabotaged the traintracks (coordinates: 56 16'44''N 38 12'40.5''E) leading to the 12thDirectorate General of the Federation Ministry of Defense of Russia - byundoing several bolts and pushing the rails apart..."We would also like to say a word about the calls to attack militaryregistration and enlistment offices and other government buildings rightnow. We strongly oppose this call. At this time, the enemy is preparingto repel an attack - not from partisans, but from armed mutineers.Attacking such objectives at this time is like wasting our resources,and almost attacking enemy strongholds with bare hands.The guerrillas must strike where the empire is vulnerable, not where itis most protected. Strike where the enemy does not expect it. At thisvery moment, it is possible to attack objectives far from cities. Hasthe enemy regrouped his forces to defend himself? This means that he hasexposed his distant borders and access routes.Attack gas and oil pipelines, attack railroads that lead to militaryinstallations (but away from them), attack power lines and water pipesthat supply police and military bases. But not the buildings themselves,where the enemy waits.Or, if the risk is too great - let's dedicate this time to preparing foran armed insurrection. A partisan alive and ready for combat, able toparticipate in future confrontations, is today a hundred times moreimportant than a partisan who threw an improvised explosive device at acop and was shot by his colleague.And let's not forget the Operation Counter-Terror regime. Even if youdecide not to attack a cop, but a power line 5 kilometers away, thechances of being caught red-handed increase significantly under theAnti-Terrorist Operation regime.
