 THE EMPLOYEES OF AIRE BY LOOKS HAIRDRESSERS IN JEREZ DE LA FRONTERA WILL

GO ON STRIKE IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO NON-PAYMENTS ---- The
workers of the centers and stores in Jerez de la Frontera of the "Aire
by Looks" group (belonging to the company Peluquerías y Salones, S.L.)
have been suffering from delays and non-payments in payroll for months,
which is causing them a serious situation of personal insecurity and
frustration, as well as serious economic difficulties, due to the
contractor's breach of their duty to pay salaries as stipulated (every
month from day 1 to 5). ---- Added to this are abusive situations such
as not covering vacations and sick leave for several employees, not
having a published work calendar, etc.
Faced with these injustices, the workers of Peluquerías Aire have
decided to join the CNT (21 workers out of a total of 24 in the Jerez
centers), creating the Union Section of our union in the aforementioned
company based on the Law on Freedom of Association, and they are
determined to go on strike shortly if the owner does not promptly
respond to their demands.

 From CNT Jerez we demand that the company immediately update the
payment of salaries and respect for the labor rights of our colleagues.
