dangerous and influential, your plane can still explode under unclear
circumstances.

How long can the regime keep on fear? When will despair overcome him?
Let's see how it turns out. A reason for optimism is the protests in
Dagestan, where people periodically block roads due to power outages.
There are several articles in the criminal and administrative codes that
provide different penalties for blocking roads during protests. But? as
the example of Dagestan shows, if the crowd is large and the demands are
obviously fair, the cops hesitate to apply their laws.

2. Critical infrastructure
Recently, the independent trade union of the Moscow metro announced an
"Italian strike": underground road workers are taking sick leave en

train because he spent three days at work. The reason is the shortage of

teachers being solved? It is now the norm in schools for teachers to
work one and a half times on average. That is, parents can safely take
their children to study and go to work. Teachers work for wear and tear,
and the quality of education is falling? Yes, but not many people are
interested.

3. Azat's new case

sure whether the anarchist Azat Miftakhov will still be released or left

Thomas Meyer-Falk was released from prison in Germany. He spent 27 years
behind bars: 16 of them as a result of a court conviction for bank
robbery, and another 11 because he was dangerous. Of course, it is
dangerous for the state.

4. International meetings
Important events of the summer were the anarchist book fair in Ljubljana
(Slovenia) and a meeting in Switzerland in honor of the 150th
anniversary of the founding of the First International. Look at
