maintenance and reproduction of the barbaric exploitative and oppressive
system that oppresses, murders, impoverishes and destroys societies and
the natural world. This is demonstrated by the dozens of murders of
workers in the factories of modern slavery. This is amply proven by the
thousands of dead due to the criminal management of the pandemic, the
dozens of victims of state capitalist crime in Tempi, the murdered Roma
by the uniformed bastards of ELAS, the hundreds of murders of immigrants
and refugees at the water and land borders of Fortress Europe. This is
what they testify to. the charred bodies of refugees in the Evros as
well as the burnt earth from Rhodope to Parnitha, the dead animals, the
ashes where forests once stood.

The state and capitalist attack on all aspects of life is the result of
the overall crisis of the system and is becoming more and more acute,
seeking to deprive the great social majority of any prospect of
resistance and at the same time to uproot every right that has been won
in the previous two centuries by the labor movement worldwide. As
unemployment soars, the long list of worker deaths grows. Labor
"accidents", intensification of work, reductions in wages, increases in
hours at the expense of workers, conditions in workplaces that are
constantly deteriorating describe the harsh working reality and the
conditions of exploitation imposed on us every day, aiming at
impoverishment and the impoverishment of our lives. In this context the
government is promoting a new labor bill that allows 13-hour work, dual
employer and 6-day work, legalizes flexible working ("zero hours"
contracts) while attacking strikes even further by introducing prison
sentences and fines of thousands of euros for strikers who resist the
strike. The neoliberal policy of the state-capitalist system not only
does not strengthen the NHS, but increasingly leaves the public health
system "to its fate" by underfunding it, while at the same time private
insurance and medical care are increasingly promoted. The privatization
of the NHS is therefore slowly but decisively imposed as the only
alternative. The steep increase in the prices of basic social goods such
as fuel, electricity, heating, bread, etc. and the inhuman condition of
the auctions of first homes are further exacerbating the already
unbearable living and survival conditions of the social base.

Alongside the suffocating living conditions, devastating fires burn huge
areas of land and forests every year. The aggressive policy of the Greek
state for the plundering and commercialization of the environment in
order to serve the interests of the domestic and multinational political
and economic elites, brings incalculable destructive consequences to the
natural ecosystems as well as to the local communities. In an
environment of savage class exploitation and assault on society and
nature, fire devastation is a result of the criminal policies of state
and capital, of the very - murderous to man and destructive to the
natural world - nature of the social, political and an economic system
that in the name of development and profit does not hesitate to destroy
entire mountains, lakes and rivers to turn them into industrial zones,
to submerge villages and spread cancer to people, to turn settlements
into garbage dumps, to loot even the entire ecosystem. In this strategy,
the state uses the fires as an opportunity to further degrade and
destroy the environment in order to pursue its profit-making looting.
Today the restructuring of the political-economic system is
characterized by an unprecedented aggression towards society and nature,
a key element of which is the gigantic enterprise of selling off public
natural resources and lands to private capital.

In this juncture of the overall systemic crisis, the domineering,
patriarchal, capitalist system attacks even more the women of the
plebeian strata. In recent years dozens of femicides, attempted rapes,
rapes, trafficking cases with the cover-up of the police and their
political superiors, cover-up of child pornography and child rape rings,
complaints of sexual harassment and rape in police stations have become
public more and more frequently. The "ring" that rapes, abuses, traffics
in trafficking networks, covers up its crimes and threatens the victims
to remain silent, the same system that suffocates people at the border,
is none other than the state itself and its mechanisms. Because
gender-based violence is systemic violence and is an integral part of
state and capitalist brutality.

At the same time, state repression intensifies to stop tomorrow's
uprisings that are conceived in a lifeless reality, where the bankrupt
system has nothing to promise but fallout, impoverishment and death and
manifests itself in the constant attacks on the occupied spaces of life
and struggle, the blow labor and strike mobilizations, the arrests and
beatings by the repressive forces camped in parks, squares, hills and
universities, with the continuous and brutal beatings of the
demonstrations in the center of Athens, the prosecutions of anarchist
fighters and the state killings.

The perpetuation of the power and profits of the economic and political
bosses goes through the sharpening of the exploitation of the poor and
the plebeians, the plundering of our lives and the silencing and
repression of all who refuse to accept this barbarism as the only
perspective. The brutality where refugees and immigrants will either
drown by the hundreds or be imprisoned in the modern concentration camps
or be chased by cops and fascist assault squads in the Evros and in the
cities, impoverished and excluded from decent living conditions. The
brutality where dozens of people will be murdered on trains due to the
state's murderous policies with the complete lack of control and
maintenance of networks and communication between trains, or they will
die on trolleys or in their homes waiting for hours for an ambulance to
go to a hospital . The brutality where dozens of workers will never
return from their daily wages because their lives are measured by the
bosses and in their calculations it costs less than the maintenance of a
scaffolding.

We are under no illusions that there is a way to beautify and humanize
the state and capitalist system. The defense of labor interests, needs,
life and our dignity goes through joint, horizontally coordinated,
organized action from below. Against the organized attack of the state
and capital, the only solution lies in the organization of the struggle
of the oppressed and exploited. After all, the history of social and
class movements that fought for a world without exploitation and
oppression, shows us that social solidarity between oppressed foreigners
or locals is our weapon against our common oppressors. Whatever is to be
won will be the result of our broad, grassroots, militant and radical
struggles. The only real dilemma of our time is: state and capitalist
barbarism or Social Revolution. As anarchists we put forward the path of
Social Revolution as the only realistic prospect for a life with
dignity, for a society that will be built on the basis of equality,
solidarity, justice and freedom. For a world that will accommodate many
worlds, that of anarchy and libertarian communism.
