reaction of the bourgeoisie to a rise of the organized labor movement,
but quite the opposite. This situation occurs when there is a weakening
of the workers' organization and the bourgeoisie therefore feels it has
enough power to remove concessions. Once again, all political sectors
have collaborated in this weakening of the labor movement, starting with
the current Peronist government that has been betting all these years on
union demobilization in order to apply the IMF adjustment measures. To
these ends, the government sought the support of the traitorous union
bureaucracy, merely waiting to see how the working conditions and income
of workers are increasingly deteriorating. Complicit union bureaucracy

opposition manages to prevail at the polls.

Regarding the structure of the State apparatus, Milei has proposed that
he will eliminate the Ministry of Labor along with several other

conducive in terms of union strength to negotiate a new agreement with
better conditions, the previously negotiated one remains in force. The
elimination of ultra-activity would force us to constantly negotiate a
new collective agreement to agree on the working conditions of each
sector, in a context of decline in terms of bargaining power for workers
and unions controlled by traitorous union bureaucracies.

This labor reform, which has been described as an "uberization of work,"
is encouraged by a context of job insecurity and lack of union presence,
which does not allow us to visualize the benefits of an organized labor
movement that imposes limits on employers. their power to set working
