50 years after the civic-military coup in the territories dominated by
the Chilean State, which gave rise to state-employer terrorism and meantfor the underage years of persecution, torture, rape and disappearance, today we continue to resist the 'forgetting and keeping the memory ofour class alive. ---- In our bid to contest the memory, we recognizethat it is essential to make visible and not forget the process that waswoven under the partisan leadership of the Popular Unity and its projectof capitalist modernization; that process that challenged bourgeoisinstitutionalism and that was sustained by villagers, workers andpeasants based on organizational experiences that today we characterizeas expressions of popular power from below, self-managing and revolutionary.Likewise, we must not overlook the response of the project of theparliamentary left which, faced with the experiences of self-managingpower and revolutionary rupture, opted for the institutionalization ofstruggles, co-optation and repression, promoting, in this way, classconciliation. The lesson that this process leaves us is that no socialforce can put itself at the service of the government framework, therefore, it is necessary to go beyond and overflow the politicalproposals that seek to dynamit popular protagonism and overturn allinstitutional alignments. Today, as yesterday, we have to deal withthose projects that only strengthen and feed domination with precarious, extractivist and repressive agendas. Our commemoration is, then, to develop an organized social force capableof breaking with the current historical traffic, that does not allowitself to be tempted by institutional shortcuts and supposed quickexits, that overcomes messianisms and pushes back the ideas andpractices promoted by the bourgeoisie, whether in its fascist, liberalor progressive form. Finally, from organized and social anarchism, we identify as a priorityto dispute the present and the future from an anti-state,anti-capitalist and anti-patriarchal revolutionary project that recoversthe priceless experiences of struggle and resistance that today areaccumulated in the worthy memory of the organized village. We trust thatthis path of memory, struggle and organization will bring us closer toour emancipation.A lot of those who fight!Anarchist Federation Santiago, FAS (Chile)Latin American Anarchist Coordinator, CALA (Brazilian AnarchistCoordinator, Rosario Anarchist Federation and Uruguayan AnarchistFederation)Anarchist Organization of Córdoba, OAC (Argentina)Anarchist Organization of Tucumán, OAT (Argentina)Anarchist Organization of Santa Cruz, OASC (Argentina)Red and Black, Buenos Aires (Argentina)Via Libre (Colombia)Black Rose Anarchist Federation - Black Rose (United States)Libertarian Alternative - FdCA (Italy)Die Plattform (Germany)Union Communiste Libertaire, UCL (France)Anarchist Communist Group (Great Britain)Libertäre Aktion (Switzerland)Organization Socialiste Libertaire, OSL (Switzerland)Embat, Libertarian Organization of Cataloniahttps://embat.info/a-50-anys-del-cop-de-pinochet-contra-el-reformisme-i-lherencia-dictatorial-guerra-de-classes-i-poder-popular/_________________________________________A - I N F O S N E W S S E R V I C EBy, For, and About AnarchistsSend news reports to A-infos-en mailing listA-infos-en@ainfos.caSPREAD THE INFORMATION
