prevented the opposition from proposing a law to this effect in

Trade union mobilization

Faced with this situation, with a long delay, the union seems to have
mobilised, or at least the CGIL and the UIL have done so, while the CISL
carries out the usual function of crutch and supporter of the
governments in office; the workers were called to go on general strike.
Except that the minister of infrastructure, who saw the migrants'

instilling confidence in strength of ordinary people, of every worker.

A question of method: insubordination

In this regard it is good to clarify once and for all some questions of
method and substance: it has been so long since the workers have been
called to the general strike that they have probably lost their memory
of it. The union leadership, aware of this situation and of the
objective difficulties of mobilisation, due to the fact that a strike
costs money, have tried through strike methods to build a lasting,
articulated, effective mobilization that would encourage widespread
participation. Hence the ways in which this strike was proclaimed,
shaping it
days differentiated by sectors and territories: atypical but legitimate

The union has announced that it will appeal to the judiciary against the

future reference. It would be more appropriate for the union to draw on
the workers' culture and remember that in anticipation of the
mobilization the union prepares the workers for the fight, announcing
the state of agitation, which must be regularly communicated to the
counterparts. The union has every right to address the workers, asking
them to carry out their work with scruple and diligence, in strict
compliance with the rules and regulations that establish the procedures
to be applied in work performance.
This means that it is the union's task to give workers precise
indications on the methods with which each individual service will be
carried out. To understand what we are referring to, let's give some
examples: as regards transport, railway staff must take care to
carefully check the tightness and closing capacity of the carriage
doors, the state of cleanliness of the same, the technical tightness of
all the equipment , to carry out checks and checks on the functioning of
the systems, after which if there are any anomalies or malfunctions he
must immediately report them to the managers and passengers, indicating
the need, where the conditions exist, to interrupt or delay the service
to carry out the checks; the same goes for buses on the urban and
extra-urban network, for commuter trains that are falling apart and for
every other type of transport.
Similar behaviors can be adopted in every sector, starting with public
administration offices, for which compliance with the procedures will be
extremely scrupulous, the forms will have to be carefully filled out,
the activities will be limited to those foreseen in the job description,
etc. In other words. The state of agitation allows the mobilization of
workers to send a message to the other party and to the managers at a
significantly low cost.
To implement this strategy of struggle, however, it is necessary for the
union to be well rooted in the workplace, to know the organization of
work more than perfectly through its militants and activists, which on
the other hand constitutes the its heritage and its wealth, it needs to
have a capillary organisation, distributed across the territory, which
in many cases is missing today and which can be made up for in some way,
in an emergency phase, through the use of creativity.
It is important that the union is able to connect with each member via a
Whatsapp chat, prepares lists of emails to which precise suggestions and
instructions can be sent on the method of mobilisation, activities
permitted or not permitted during the state of unrest, and prepares
information daily through intense messaging on social media, which
provides guidance and resolves any doubts that arise in the workplace,
making activists available who are able to provide precise suggestions
and answers.

A mobilization is not invented by launching slogans, or by relying on
people's guts, but by laboriously, slowly, with perseverance and method,
building a capillary organizational network in the workplace which today
has dissolved, in the face of the fragmentation of the of work, of
delocalisation, of production decentralization, of the introduction of
remote working, but also and above all because the union has forgotten
how to do its job and above all it often shows that it ignores that it
is the single mobilization of every male and female worker that
constitutes the its strength.
On the other hand, if all this had not happened, the political and trade
union left would not have lost, as it has lost, the knowledge and
consensus of its base, it would not have become so weakened, leaving
people defenseless to face, as individuals, the your employer.
Individualism is not good for workers. It goes without saying that a
general strike prepared in this way can only succeed and that the
workers would be uselessly precluded.

Against mass distraction operations

Facing the other party with these methods of struggle means moving the
confrontation from media communication to concrete terrain, on the
substance of the problems of poor work, poverty, precariousness, so much

upon to express their opinion, will reject differentiated autonomy and
the premiership because we will be able to make them aware that there is
no longer any convenience, in the current economic situation, with
Germany in recession, in implementing differentiated autonomy of some

use for the governability of the country. And yet an answer must also be
given on the value ground where this government has managed to complete
a profiteering operation, speculating on the pain of two parents and a

whom it denies citizenship because they are children of immigrants.
