Three years after a general 30 km/h speed limit was introduced in Brussels, the city has seen a decrease in average speeds, traffic injuries and noise pollution.
Three people were injured as a result of a gas explosion in Neder-Over-Heembeek in Brussels this morning. Work commissioned by Sibelga, the company responsible for the distribution of gas supplies, is thought to have caused the accident.
