This Kennel Owner Kept 55 Animals Locked in Sickness-Inducing Squalor Sign Now    Dear friends,   At a kennel in Connecticut, a business owner kept 55 animals in horrid conditions, to the point where authorities had to intervene and rescue the animals.   Neighbors became alarmed when they heard the dogs crying out, leading officials to finally investigate. Suspiciously, though, the homeowner refused to let animal control investigators inspect the premises multiple times over the course of five months. Once they finally got inside, inspectors found significant evidence of neglect and mistreatment. Poop, urine, dirt, grime, and trash had accumulated around the premises, leaving the dogs in dangerously unsanitary conditions. Meanwhile, there wasn't even sufficient food or water for the animals. This led some of the animals to develop serious medical complications. One dog was so ill from living at the kennels, veterinarians had to euthanize it.
