Like every year we too will take to the streets alongside ourNonunadimeno comrades for the procession for the transfeminist strike.See you in the square! ---- March 8, for the eighth consecutive year,will be a feminist and transfeminist strike. We strike in every cityfrom productive work, that is, the work that exploits us and kills us,and from reproductive work, that is, the unrecognized care work that weare often forced to do as socialized women. ---- We bring all our angerand our desire for struggle and change to the streets. We stop to shoutthat we want a city with public and widespread health and socialservices, we want more and not fewer clinics! We want sexuality,affectivity and consent education in schools, we want open spaces thatrecognize and respect all gender identities.We stop to desert all wars, close to all oppressed peoples and againstthe genocide of the Palestinian people.We strike against patriarchal violence, which shakes public opinion atthe dawn of every feminicide, but continues to affect us. A violencethat is perpetrated in the private sphere, where they kill us everythree days, they rape us, and in the public sphere, where they oppressus in the courts, in prisons, in the media narrative and in theinstitutions, for which the fault is ours, for how we were dressed or ofour silence.We are striking today because we want to take all the spaces of which weare deprived, and because we want to create new spaces where we canbuild the society we need, a society where we are no longer oppressedand where we can be truly free. Because March 8th is not just today, butalso every other day.For an 8 March of struggle, beyond any occasion, let's take our cry andour bodies to the streets!***We want the event to be a safe space for everyone. Sexist, homolesbian,transphobic, macho, racist and ableist behavior is not allowed.
