often violent, overdetermining, coercive dynamics - especially for

The Consultancy is not an assembly: the discussion is a moment of shared
care, not performance-based and not decision-making. The Consultancy is
not a therapeutic space: there are no experts, the care is collective
and is based on the awareness that individual difficulties are not
strictly personal faults or problems, but are influenced and linked to
the cisheteropatriarchal and capitalist system in which we live. The
meeting will last an hour and a half, we will start from concrete and
situated experiences, because personal experiences have political value.
We want to guarantee a safe space based on listening, confidentiality
and mutual trust, without judgments and without advice.
