the reasons is not communicated to the agent because it was written
after the rectorate's decision. A great irregularity!

Furthermore, the facts noted by the IGESR cannot be attributed precisely
to the teacher. One of the rare testimonies produced against the agent

For Kai Terada, this judgment is a victory because the court rules on
the substance and not only on the form. We can question the opaque
procedures in the civil service. Let us be vigilant, the relaxations in
labor law and that of the civil service, the sidelining of trade union
organizations, the reduction of the powers of joint bodies weaken the
rights of agents.
