From crisis to crisis, from war to war. Crisis and wars with their
succession are used as coercive tools that chronicize insecurity, individual and collective fear for the maintenance of the subordination
of the invisible. Together with "poor and precarious work" and
speculative inflation that cancel wages and income. The social order is
permeated by a chain of close emergencies that spread insecurity,
instability, impotent catastrophism: a representation, a staging that
contributes to maintaining the balance of hierarchies in order to
prevent the exploited from any "way out" of their condition, any
possible narrative-emancipation of the Class of a Future. The
capitalists project an image of symbolic-cultural reality of the "Risk
Society" reversed on the existences of the dominated and exploited.
The economic crisis is accompanied by austerity for the proletariat,
with a narrative and de-politicization useful for concealing economic
oppression: the social exercise of austerity involves the construction
of consensus among those who will suffer it, accompanied by an
authoritarian evolution of the institutions of the State and its
governance over society.
Neo-Liberism instrumentally uses the continuum of crises and emergencies
to create a Society based on the Free Market, "free" not because
determined by the alleged meeting between supply and demand but because
"liberated" from the mediation of the State and from any social pact. It
is a project as constitutive as it is planetary, imposing a
Globalization that is no longer univocal (made in the USA) but
polymorphic, capable of adapting to the historical forms of nations with
a Glocal effect, of exercising itself through the institutions of the
State as well as through the usual military coercion of war, of digital
surveillance "in the era of non-peace". The capitalist necessity of wars
is specifically intended as a safeguard from representative democracy:
representative democracy would cause excessive demands by the masses
(equality, social justice, through parties, unions, associations) with
pernicious effects, with the result of producing the ungovernability of
societies since the private rights of individuals and the order of the
Market are eliminated; limitations to capitalist freedom are
inadmissible, which must never be overridden by public and political
action: it is the "Demarchy", the political order of neo-liberalism, in
which the State must establish, protect, and maintain the rules of the
"Society of Exchange". A democracy now deprived of sovereign power, no
longer the expression of a majority (the Government of citizens), but
scaled down because it is subjected to the principles on which the
Liberal Society is founded (the Government of Law): Private Property,
Market and Profit; the Market is the form of Society shaped by
Neoliberalism and Competition is its disciplinary instrument;
consequently, it is the Economy that organizes human society, with
politics and institutions placed to guarantee its productive
governability. Thus Friedrich von Hayek, (1899-1992) economist and
sociologist, one of the major ideologists of absolute Liberalism and its
authoritarian and totalitarian political aspirations. Still today a
point of reference for the European right, the latest aggregate being
the Portuguese Chega, for the Argentine neoliberal president Milei with
the new Minister of State Deregulation and economist Federico
Sturzenegger, favorite student of Elon Musk, the mega multi-billionaire
who "pulled" Donald Trump's presidential election campaign, not only
with financing but above all with the instrumental use of Tik Tok and
Twitter-X to induce mass consensus, now a member of the new Trumpian
executive that already dictates the political line to the European
populists (*).
The return of "The Donald" to the White House marks the "Government of
billionaires", reinvigorates the patriotic ordoliberalism of a "new
social market economy" (**), where the Law is the shaper of the economic
order and guarantor of free initiative, freedom of enterprise, market
and private property, the abolition of everything that is public, common
good, care and mutualism; the new president's program includes the
prediction of lower taxes for businesses and assets but therefore less
revenue and state funds for the already meager American welfare system;
protectionist duties to stimulate internal production and consumption,
provided that domestic companies are able to fill the gaps in the
product sector caused by the drop in imports; the action of duties and
the recall of some production chains outside the borders will determine
negative economic and employment repercussions for the European Union
and for the "backyard" states, Mexico first and foremost; expulsion and
deportation of migrants; white supremacy that legitimizes racism and
abolishes minority rights; deregulation of labor costs; an increase in
military spending on defense, a very profitable productive sector,
combined with the disengagement from the Ukrainian front in favor of
greater incisiveness in the Pacific and, partially, in Africa: the
future boundaries of the confrontation with China for the
eco-geo-political redefinition of global areas of influence; a clash
between different models of Capitalism which, I remind you, is
polymorphic with the paths of confrontation that cannot be linear, if
only because of the financial interconnections between states: for
example, The People's Bank of China owns 967.8 billion dollars of US
Treasuries (as of June 2024 according to the Department of the Treasury)
and the public debt amounts to 33,100 billion dollars (129% of GDP); the
main European financial banks and investment funds are the largest
buyers of Italian government bonds (2,973 billion euros equal to 135.8%
of GDP) ...
The programmatic lines of the presidential mandate were already present
in the "Project 2025", the political project developed by the Heritage
Foundation for the new right-wing administration: if you look closely,
the programs of the New Right, including the European one, are all based
on the defense of hierarchy and the rejection of any social contract. In
Trump we trust.

"Tik Tokracy" is the neologism created to indicate the influence of
social media platforms to manipulate and direct public opinion towards a
pre-established objective: during the American elections, Musk ordered
the modification of Twitter-X algorithms to overcome the favorable
social reactions to Biden's posts; in Romania, the presidential
elections were canceled precisely because of the coordinated actions of
thousands of accounts aimed at influencing voters.
A study by the University of Oxford published in December 2024 indicates
that the simplifications of the contents present in social media, the
new centers of power, together with their communicative and cultural
monopoly cause "Brain rot", which is the deterioration of the brain due
to the consumption of junk content. (Source: Pubblico n. 14, 21.12.2024,

According to the predictions of the "Circoli di Freiburg im Breisgau", a
school of economics founded in Germany from the early 1930s to the
threshold of the 1950s.
Editor's note
The "in Trump we trust" recalls "In God we trust" engraved on the belts
of every army. The "Government of billionaires" had its world debut in
the 1st Berlusconi Government (May-December 1994), ultra-liberal,
founded both on the figure of the absolute Leader and on his messianic
and media communications, aimed at building around him the identity and
the future of a new people; It should be understood that the Chief's
communication always ignores the contents of truth, as long as it is
functional to the political project; just like Giorgia Meloni does today.
