free from colonialist attitudes. Comrades who must strive to be part of
the population and not an external subject, and as such perceived as a
stranger.

In its wavering history, the No Muos movement has shown that it knows
how to adhere to these conditions, and its incisiveness and danger for
the warlords have benefited from it.

Certain phases of history do not repeat themselves automatically, but
will and coherence always remain the essential ingredients for the
resumption of conflict.
