| These Women Save Hundreds of Animals Across the World. Will You Join Them?
Dear friends, If this is your first time hearing from Animals First Aid, welcome to a global family where compassion knows no borders. For our long-time supporters, thank you — every life we’ve saved has been because of people like you. This Women’s Month, we are proud to share something extraordinary: the vast majority of our frontline rescue partners are women. These women are not just rescuers — they are warriors for the voiceless, working in some of the harshest and most forgotten corners of the world. They give their time, their homes, and their hearts, often without rest and with little more than hope to sustain them. |

| | Right now, as winter deepens, their animals face hunger, illness, and the bitter cold. The heroes we work with have the skill, the love, and the courage — but they cannot do this alone. |
| | | | In Tunisia, Stella runs a haven for disabled dogs and cats — animals abandoned because they cannot walk, run, or work. They need wheelchairs, blankets, and extra medical care to survive the damp, freezing months. |

| | In Morocco, two dedicated women lead the charge for injured and sick cats. At SARA, urgent surgeries are needed for animals in agony. At You Can Save Me, rescuer Fatima is treating heartbreaking cases of broken jaws, lost eyes, and cancerous tumors — each one a life hanging by a thread. |
| | | | | | In Serbia, Vera Vita, an elderly rescuer working alone, is racing to repair broken fencing, vaccinate vulnerable puppies, and provide medicine before snow locks her animals into dangerous conditions |

| | These women are living proof that compassion is the most powerful form of courage. But right now, they need us — all of us — to stand with them. |
| Our vision at Animals First Aid is to unite these heroes with compassionate people around the world, building a safety net for animals who would otherwise be lost. This winter, that vision is under threat. We must raise $12,000 by August end to keep their animals warm, fed, and safe. |
