Comrades, it's on the factory floor, in the office, on the construction site, in the market, on the app, and in every corner where we sell our labor for a miserable wage that the system shows its cruelest face. It's there, in front of the machine and the boss, that we feel the sweat of exploitation. Capitalism is not a distant abstraction; it materializes in the exhausting workday, the harassment from the boss, the constant threat of dismissal, and the profit that disappears into the pockets of those who produce absolutely nothing. Therefore, the workplace is our main battleground. It's where the gears turn, and it's precisely there that we must put our foot down!
For decades, we've been sold the illusion that the solution would come from outside: from a kind politician, a labor law, or a puppet union that negotiates our rights for crumbs. But the truth is that no one will liberate us but ourselves. Organization in the workplace is one of the most powerful weapons we have. It is by building committees, grassroots groups, and sector-specific collectives that we can see who is truly on our side and who is sold to the system. It is in the day-to-day, sharing breaks and anger, that we forge the necessary trust to act. A lightning strike, a slowdown, strategic sabotage of production, or simply the collective refusal to accept an abusive order all of this stems from the invisible but solid organization we build among ourselves.
Make no mistake: the boss trembles when he realizes that the workers are talking amongst themselves without his supervision. He knows that class unity is the harbinger of the end of his profits. Therefore, FACA calls on all workers to abandon the individualism and passivity that the system teaches us. Let's occupy the workspaces with our class consciousness! Let's transform the coffee break and the smoking circle into cells of resistance. Let's appropriate the knowledge of production to use it against those who exploit us. The factory doesn't belong to him, it belongs to us! The profit he accumulates is our sweat, and it's time to demand not just crumbs, but control of everything we produce.
May this year find us more organized within each workplace! The Anarchist Federation of Espírito Santo (FACA) stands with those who build the struggle from within, confronting the invisible whip of the boss and the sold-out union bureaucracy. If you're tired of coming home exhausted and seeing your work enrich a scoundrel, join us! Let's strengthen the committees, articulate the categories, and prepare the ground for the general strike that will shake this system. The revolution doesn't begin on the platforms, it begins on the factory floor. Organize with your equals, trust your class, and prepare the sabotage. The power is in our hands; we just need to unite to take what is ours!
