Not content with wanting to impose on us a reform of socialregression attacking in the first place women and precarious workers, now thegovernment is talking about attacking the right to strike, and the right isproposing an amendment aimed at reversing the 35h. ---- We have no other possibleoutcome than victory: if we lost the battle for pensions, the capitalists wouldfeel their wings growing to continue their offensive against our rights, not tomention the far right that awaits in ambush. The fight against this reform istoday a historic requirement for our class.We can win.The proof, we won against the last pension reform, thanks to the big strike whichstarted on December 5, 2019. Remember that this victory is not due to thepandemic: other bills, such as the law of research programming (LPR), are passedduring the confinements. The 2019 reform project has not been "paused" asannounced at the time, it has definitely disappeared: there is no longer anyquestion of "point pensions" in the current reform. It was therefore thelong-lasting strike of 2019-2020 that defeated the previous pension reformproject. And nothing prevents us from doing it again! All the conditions are met.No one wants this unjust and useless reform: 80% of the population is against it,and this score rises to 93% among active men and women. The first day of nationalmobilization, on January 19, confirmed the power of this opposition with awell-attended strike and massive demonstrations bringing together nearly twomillion people in the streets.We will win!The next national deadline is January 31.
