This attack reminds us that the multiplication of hate speech, whether racist,
homophobic, transphobic or misogynistic, is never more than a multiplication of
"speech" that we could disconnect from their effects on the world. The unleashing
of violence in political speeches always has a consequence on the unleashing of
violence on bodies.
