From December 15 to 17, the veteran anarcho-syndicalist organization ofthe neighboring country holds a broad and enriching congress, in whoseagenda agreements are made on various topics that will guide the nextperiod of the CNT F. ---- Statutory and organizational update,guidelines union generals, confederal journal, training and socialproposals, gender approaches, specific union action in sectors such asanimated cinema,... all of them are part of the agenda developed at thiscongress.Despite such an intense agenda, the Spanish CNT was given space toaddress the congress, where they thanked the invitation and the generoushospitality with which they were received. The solidarity shown towardsthe La Switzerland case is not forgotten in CNT.Precisely at this congress, issues of internationalism that can helpshare mutual experiences will be evaluated. Recently, on November 22,the Court of Cassation ruled in favor of the former union section of theCNT against the company People & Baby, recognizing the reality of thediscrimination suffered by workers, sanctioned and dismissed by theiremployer because of their union commitment. .Finally, the company will have to return most of the compensationobtained from the Social Court in 2017 (about 125,000 euros).
