15u HU! medium large HU! is a jazz project that challenges todays' unconscious gender biases and the fact that there are still so few female jazz instrumentalists (only 5% jazz instrumentalists are female). 19u DON MARSH V don Marsh V is an acoustic jazz quintet founded by pianist Wouter Van den Broeck, bringing together five musicians from the Belgian jazz scene, each with a strong individual voice. Saxophonist Warre Van de Putte combines a focused approach with a strongly projected sound and a sensitive, agile improvisational style, while Matthias De Waele (drums) and Janos Bruneel (bass) provide a rhythm section that is both flexible and grounded. Trumpeter Jean-Paul Estievenart adds contrast and unpredictability, giving the band its distinctive edge. |

15u Le Monde Merveilleux de Pépito ft Alexandra Grimal (gepresenteerd door HA’ Concerts) The beginning of this world was born in Chalon sur Saône in Burgundy (France) and the project grew up in Brussel, especially on the legendary scene of the Sounds Jazz Club.
Steven Delannoye ts, Anna Webber ts, Frederik Sakham ts, Teun Verbruggen dr. |
