Thanks to the terrible experience of Venezuela, we now have the ultimate knowledge - state
socialism of the left, with the seizure of power by their party, with the nationalization
of factories and plants, leads to a catastrophe in the economy even in the most favorable
conditions. Even without civil war and without intervention. The Bolsheviks brought the
richest country in South America, which has the largest oil reserves in the world, to
hunger and inflation of one million percent. Without war and without sanctions (until
2017), in a country with a tropical climate, where you can shoot magnificent harvests,
kilometer queues for chicken, milk and toilet paper are now standing.
The far-right Zhair Bolsonu won the election in Brazil, accusing his left opponent of
being like-minded Nicolas Maduro (the master of Venezuela), and his opponent was so stupid
that he didn't say no. What Venezuela today successfully exports to neighboring countries
is refugees, there are already 3 million of them (10% of the country's population). It
certainly makes a strong impression on the neighbors.
Bolshevik or half-Bolshevik Hugo Chavez, the predecessor of Maduro, kept in power because
he sharply increased social spending. In an era when oil was worth more than $ 100 a
barrel, this provided stability and support for the regime by the broad masses of the poor
(while maintaining economic growth). Under Maduro, oil prices collapsed, as it happens
from time to time. In addition, Maduro continued nationalization: he turned large
companies into state ownership (ie, into the ownership of the bureaucratic apparatus of
the state) and organized collective farms (state farms) in the village. In addition, he
introduced state regulation of prices. All together (typical measures within the framework
of the policy of Leninism / Bolshevism) completely destroyed the economy: state-owned
companies, which quickly got used to free subsidies from the treasury (from taxpayers'
money), were ineffective, The collective farm system naturally led Venezuela to famine
(300 state farms produce about 0 products, at least that was a few years ago). In the days
of Chavez, oil production fell. And now Venezuela, thanks to the nationalization
(nationalization) of the oil industry, produces only about 30% of oil from the volume that
was produced before Chávez came to power! The country's economy is dying.
But the experience of Venezuela is interesting for one more reason. Maduro is extremely
unpopular. He lost the parliamentary elections, his CAP (United Socialist Party) won about
a third of the votes, while the opposition won two thirds. At the same time, the majority
of the left-wing government rules the country, despite the millions of protest marches.
This regime rests on the violence of the militias, which he armed, as well as on the
violence of the police and the army. Now the parliament, in which the majority of the
opposition, has proclaimed its leader as the new president. Opposition leader Juan Guaido
declared himself president of the country. But Maduro is not going anywhere. I do not know
how long he will rule. But his experience has already shown that power can be held for
years, despite popular hatred and millions of protests. And this is the second important
conclusion that can be made thanks to Venezuela.

Our friends from Spartacus publish a little book by Richard Gombin published in 1971 at
Seuil: Gauchism: origins and perspectives. ---- This is a quick and clear overview of
critical theories in debate between the 50s and 70s. It will be a precious " revolution
for dummies " and if a political period is defined by the intensity theoretical
confrontations, today's reader will look stunned at the poverty of current production
compared to past decades. ---- By credibly claiming the blazon of " leftism ", which is
reputed to be " the infantile disease of communism " [1], Gombin convincingly seeks to
separate himself from the Marxist far left, which he throws into the dust of history with
the ' Orthodox Marxists' together . ---- Then he tries to lay the foundations of a new
revolutionary theory, in tune with the hopes, struggles and sociological upheavals of
capitalism of the sixties.
Disqualifying too quickly Marxism and the centrality of capitalist exploitation in favor
of less material aspirations, his sharp criticism can not hide, fifty years later, his
proven errors of prognosis. He himself, however, professing intellectual humility (which
contrasts with the political arrogance of the time !), He is careful not to enunciate
certainties and is content rather to indicate a necessary path.
It should be noted from this point of view that it dissolves in two lines only the
propositions carried by Daniel Guerin guilty of seeking a synthesis between Marxism and
anarchism. Even if our current has not refounded critical thinking, we will continue to
think that when history stutters, no new theory emerges.
And that the recipe proposed to future generations by Guérin contains good intuition.

Extra ammunition is being shipped in almost daily though MARCHWOOD MILITARY PORT on the
Solent under the guise of food and equipment for the army. ---- 17,000 troops being made
available to keep public order, 13,00o extra police to Northern Ireland. ---- They know
that very soon panic will break out when peoples old folks are dying in care homes through
lack of medicines, when those who made up the 52% are the very same who are being called
looters and shot down in the streets. ---- DON'T BELIEVE THEY WON'T ---- There are
currently no compelling focus for a fightback so our class is SLEEP WALKING to disaster.
---- We have been backing a STOP THE CITY action on March 23rd. We think this needs a
change of name to reflect the urgency of the situation. ---- FOR GOD SAKE GO has pedigree
being used against both tyrannical kings and useless MPs.
But we like the simple DON'T SHOOT to be on flags, banners, placards, bricks, walls and to
pursue the politicians round London and shouted at every policeman, politician and boss we
come across giving us the initiative.
In reality the name wont matter - but get to the City noon till late on February

On January 16, Mundo Nuevo's squabbles were informed that another repression was being
attempted by the municipality of Thermi, the owner of the building on Philip and Siatista
streets where the occupation is housed. On the 18th of this month, this information was
confirmed, and it was also known that there was an informal ultimatum against occupation
threatened by a MAT intervention and immediate evacuation within the next few days. In
particular, the municipality of Thermi has come to an agreement with OKANA in order to
give the building to the organization to turn it into a secondary school for drug addicts.
---- It is clear that the real aims of this move are not to meet the needs of the excluded
and impoverished people living in the city of Thessaloniki, which state policy itself
leads to the social margin, nor of course the reintegration of drug addicts through the
creation school. The main objective of the state staff is to create social consensus
conditions through the announcements of alleged exploitation of the building in order to
bring about the disappearance of another space within which anarchist speech and anarchist
motives are grounded in order to suppress another visible point of reference for the wider
social and class struggle against the state and capital.
This is also confirmed by the fact that while there are dozens of unexploded buildings in
the city of Thessaloniki that could be used for this purpose, it is deliberately chosen to
evacuate an occupation, an already alive and open space of action and creation. It is well
known that in recent years several occupied spaces have been evacuated, pretending the
state's need to use the buildings without ever being exploited. It is also totally
challenging for the evacuation argument, which underlines the supposed concern of the
state for vulnerable groups such as drug addicts, when the state itself produces and
sustains despair, despair and all those conditions that lead to parts of society in
dependencies,
The suppression of occupations, as well as wider social-class resistances, especially
those unfolding from below and unconcerned, has a central role in the state agenda. That
is why the intention of evacuating Mundo Nuevo can not be seen as a single move, but
instead as a part of the wider repressive attack experienced by squats and self-managed
combat venues. It is obvious that regardless of political governor and government,
occupied combat venues are the target of repressive mechanisms because of their chronic
action to redevelop our public spaces and neighborhoods and why they are at the forefront
of the fight against state terrorism, repression and the fascist threat.
The "Mundo Nuevo" occupation was created in 2015 seeking to link the ideas of anarchism to
the social and class resistances that are born every day by submitting a competitive life
sentence to the public domain against the dominant logic and based on the principles of
equality, solidarity and freedom. Up to now, it is a field of political fermentation of
revolutionary ideas, but also a base of resistance and the struggle of the "bottom" that
set up embankments in the pursuit of modern totalitarianism and the imperatives of the
world of power, state and capital.
As a self-managed "On the Forward" space, part of the social and class struggle, we can
only express our solidarity with Mundo Nuevo's comrades and comrades. For us, squats and
self-managed spaces are the focal points of our struggles against the state and
capitalism, the places of political fermentation and the housing of our
libertarian-anarchist ideas and promises. They are areas for the delimitation of our
perceptions and practices, a channel of communication with society. We were fighting,
fighting and fighting for their defense with all our might! We do not give them to the
state, we do not surrender them to the repression! The New World we carry in our hearts
grows daily in the battlegrounds.
DOWN HANDS FROM THE BENEFITS AND THE SELF-ASSOCIATED AREAS
TOWARDS STATUTES OF STATE AND CAPITAL DEVELOPMENTS
... TO TOGETHER THE SOCIAL AND CLASSIC RESOURCES
FOR THE BUILDING OF A WORLD OF EQUALITY, SOLIDARITY AND FREEDOM
SOLIDARITY IS OUR COMBINATION!

We are joining the action days (27 and 28 January 2019) to support the Revolution in
Rojava. We bring an overview of the texts that appeared on this site on this site. ----
The events in North Syrian Rojava, that is, in the territory inhabited mainly by the
Kurds, are with interest in the long term. We are sympathetic to their militia against the
so-called Islamic State (IS), which is one of the most acute threats in the region, trying
to establish a fascist dictatorship in the name of religion (it must be said that the vast
majority of Muslims condemn the IS world). Also sympathetic to us is the effort to build
local government completely out of the state. Self-government that goes hand in hand with
the revolutionary emancipation of local women and respects all religions and ethnicities
in the given space.
It is no wonder, therefore, that the Anarchist Federation joined the # RiseUp4Rojava
Challenge - We are embracing the Revolution of the International Communist Party . On
January 27 and 28, 2019, she declared World Action Days "to send a clear signal of our
solidarity with the revolution in northeastern Syria" and our "resistance to Turkish fascism."
On October 12, 2014, we were in the "Solidarity with People of Rojava. Fuck IS. Fuck NATO.
Fuck Erdogan "participated in the Prague demonstration in support of the Syrian Kurds.
This was preceded by a smaller evening event attended by members and members of INR and
AF. It was at a time when the Kurdish militants fought for the city of Kobane against IS
units. The following day, we issued a Statement by the International of Anarchist
Federations to support the Kurds in defending the Islamic state. In the coming days, we
have translated the text of Yigal Levin and Ivan Shmatka on the Equal Community Status of
Women in Kurdistan Syria. Additional demonstrationswas held on 1 November 2014 as part of
a global action day, and a speech by AF, which warned of the ambiguity of the
international intervention to defend Kobane. At the end of 2014, we were still invited to
lecture "From Chiapas to Rojava - Demand for Democracy".
In 2015, we took on our website a translation criticizing the paternalistic superiority of
some anarchists and leftists on the issue of fighting beyond their culturally-territorial
and ideologically strict scope. In addition, we reviewed the sixth issue of Moment
magazine , which devoted itself to the revolutionary experiment in Rojava.
In the next year, we reflected this topic in the spring issue of the Anarchist Revue of
Existence . Janet Biehl, a former associate of the well-known anarchist theorist Murray
Bookchin, and a Spanish anarchist who joined the YPG units with whom he fought against the
IS, are speaking here in Rojava in two interviews. We reported on the site that Turkish
tanks were speculatively surpassing Syrian borders on 23 August because of the alleged IS
attack, and in September we published the call of the International Anarchist Federation
to express solidarity with DAF anarchists persecuted by the Turkish state, among other
things because of its support for the Rwanda autonomy. A report on the Kurdish-speaking
anarchist forum followed. In the Czech Republic that year on Rojava lectured Markéta
Všelichová and Miroslav Farkas, activists supporting Kurdish militias in the fight against
IS by providing a field hospital. Information on their detention in Turkey was heard on
the anti-racist demonstration on November 17 in Prague.
At the end of March 2017, the news spread that a new anarchist partisan group, the
International Revolutionary People's Guerrilla Force (IRPGF), was formed in Rojava. In the
course of June, we published in four parts ( I. , II , III , IV. ) A split translation of
a critical discussion with the IRPGF anarchists about the armed struggle in Rojava. On our
website, we published a solid message of IRPGF to the prosecuted Belarusian anarchists and
gave honor to the memory of several fallen internationals: Jordan MacTaggart (+2016),
Michael Israel (+2016), Anton Leshek (+2016). In the autumn number of Existence ( 3/2017),
we brought an earlier conversation about democratic confederalism led by Janet Biehl with
the Kurdish ecologist and social activist Ercan Ayboga. In 2017, we also joined the call
for solidarity with Markéta Všelichova and Miroslav Farkas prosecuted in Turkey for the
support of Kurds fighting the IS.
Last year, after a Turkish Turkish attack on the Kurdish town of Afrin, located in the
north of Syria, we interpreted the call from Afarin anarchists and statements by Turkish
anarchists to the situation in Afrina. We also took part in a demonstration in support of
Afriana, which took place on 28 January in Prague, where there was also an address for AF.
On February 26, we joined the protest against the arrest of Kurdish politician Salih
Muslim. Another demonstration for the same purpose took place a day later in front of the
City Court in Prague. Even here was a black-and-red flag. They did not even protest
against the Turkish attack on Afrin, so we could join on March 12 with our speech to
demonstrateto support local residents. On that occasion, we devoted ourselves to the March
issue of the A3 wall paper, and on March 29 joined the Prague march against the Turkish
aggression in Afrin. Towards the end of 2018, we supported the formation of the
Revolutionary Defense Committee in Rojava and informed of a direct action to support
Rojava at the headquarters of the Turkish Embassy. Several of us also took part in a
protest demonstration outside the Foreign Ministry on 19 December.
This year, we reviewed our comics on the site of Kurdish self-government in northern
Syria, and we made the call mentioned in the introduction to this review.
Besides more extensive information, translations and interviews on the web, we also try to
bring short news and interesting links to our facebook profile and twitter account.
The fate of the self-government in Rojava is not indifferent to us and we want to continue
to provide information from this area, as well as solidarity actions to support it and
against the authoritarian forces that would prefer to see it buried deep underground.
