So apart from CW's call to arms on July 24th our class remains destined to be reduced to 
spectators at a table tennis game as Brexit plays itself out in the July days. We will 
have no imput , be a hapless bunch of constitutional nobodies reduced to taking whatever 
they decide we're gonna get. ---- A pathetic destiny for a class that as recently as 1985 
could discern its own class interest. ---- BUT HOLD HARD ME HEARTIES - HERE COMES A ROLE 
FOR US -THE MOB.  ---- Two constitutional experts show how Johnson could become tory 
leader but still not prime minister .During these hours or days of confusion there will be 
a power vacuum - do we gawp and whinge from the wings.....or do we move centre stage. ----
