On July 2, Poznan hosted a second meeting of trade union organizations with
representatives of Amazon Fulfillment Poland with the participation of a mediator, Pawel
Galiec. At the meeting, the employer rejected the key comments of the unions to the
existing employee appraisal (Annex No. 3 to the Work Regulations). He also did not agree
to the suspension of the dispute for a period of three months, subject to the suspension
of the so-called the feedback. ---- Nevertheless, the trade union party declared
willingness to further meetings under the collective dispute procedure. Amazon, however,
broke the chances of agreement and unilaterally signed a discrepancy report. This stiff
position of Amazon means a tightening of the dispute. In the coming days, trade union
organizations will decide on the next steps.
The Workers' and Solidarity Initiative consistently demanded that the periodic assessment
meet the features of objectivity and justice, in particular:

- We are opposed to raising indicators (standards) as a result of increased personal
contribution of employees, regardless of the prevailing technical or organizational
conditions (we demand the treatment of a labor standard in accordance with Article 83 of
the Labor Code). In our opinion, exceeding the standards does not constitute grounds for
changing them, if it results from an increased personal contribution of the employee's
work or his / her professional ability, and not from the organizational or technical
improvements introduced.

- We proposed extending the period taken into account in the employee appraisal

- We oppose the use of one norm regardless of the psychophysical features of the employee
- currently Amazon does not include, among others categories of sex, age and employment
for a definite and indefinite period, as referred to in art. 18 (3a) of the Labor Code. In
other words, in our opinion, the criteria for assessing the standards in the case of women
and older employees should look like, and the assessment should not affect the conclusion
or non-employment of an employment contract for an indefinite period.

- We demanded the participation of the social side in the procedure of setting goals and
their verification

In the field of temporary agency workers, the trade union party, which demanded the
withdrawal of agency and temporary contracts, modified the request by proposing the
liquidation of the principle of employing employees on the basis of a trial contract for
those who were previously employed by temporary employment agencies. Secondly, we proposed
concluding a collective agreement setting the time limits for contracts concluded with
temporary employees, ie limiting them to two 3-month contracts.

On May 15, 2019, the executor made an estimate of the land on which the Deal is located,
which now allows the auction and the evacuation of the Revenue, despite the fact that a
few years ago, Rozbratu turned to court to secure land ownership. The case is still open.
---- The legal status of the plot on which it is located is complicated. After World War
II it was nationalized and, after Poland's transition to capitalism, it was taken over by
a private company in the framework of reprivatization. The new owner quickly collapsed
after a number of loans, and the lender, the bank, sold it to the recovery company. It now
requires the land to be sold for around EUR 1.4 million. This will probably lead to an
attempt to evacuate the squat to free up space for developers and speculators.

Thousands of concerts, exhibitions, theatrical performances, lectures and workshops have
been held at Rozbrat during 25 years. Dissolution has created a lot of useful bottom-up
initiatives, such as a common library and publishing house, a bike workshop, free schools,
a screen printing workshop, a sports club, a kitchen for Food Not Bombs, and a rehearsal
for various music initiatives.

"In our twenty-fifth year of existence, we declare a struggle for a place that must be
under common control. It does so in the public interest, in opposition to governments
representing the private interests of developers, "says Rozbrat on its website .

There is a campaign called "Break it up!" Many people and individuals from all over the
world have already taken part in taking photos of the solidarity photos or signing the
petition .

We, the Anarchist Federation, are also expressing support for the Revolution. Because
solidarity is our weapon and the occupied houses must live!

On 23 June, the funeral of Lorenzo "Ors" Orsetti was held in Florence, and his comrades
called it Tekoser. Hundreds of people from various cities and countries, including his
Rojava comrades, attended the last farewell. The congregation took place in Società di
Mutuo Soccorso (Society of Mutual Assistance, an important place for the workers' movement
in the city) in the Rifredi district where Lorenzo lived. Among the many memories and
messages there was a tribute from the Italian Anarchist Federation - FAI. ---- Tribute to
Lorenzo Orsetti ---- Lorenzo Orsetti fought for a free world, equality and solidarity.
Therefore, in these days, the Italian Anarchist Federation is with his loved ones, with
his friends and comrades. ---- Lorenzo is remembered as a guerrilla, an internationalist,
and an anarchist.

Lorenzo used his life in Rojava and Syria to support a comprehensive revolutionary
process, surrounded by warring states, and always openly proclaimed his ideals. In
accordance with these ideals, he decided to add Tekosîna Anarsîst to the anarchist unit.
Like many other fighters, Lorenzo did not fall for a remote thing. He died so that the
revolution could take place so that our lives could change so that our lives and our world
would be freed from exploitation, oppression and patriarchy. We will build this new world
for him as well.

In front of the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry National Technical
University of Athens ---- Today, 3/7 in the morning, we had antieklogiki intervention
ahead of the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Thessaloniki on Tsimiski Street with
banners, flyers and texts. We shared our announcement of the elections and came into
contact with passers-by and employees from the shops around the Chamber. Immediately
afterwards, we visited the electoral kiosks of the parties on Aristotelous Street, where
also tikaki were thrown. In the past few days, we have made similar interventions: tax
collections, OAED and IKA. ---- For us the stakes of the municipal elections are not who
will take over the government in the run-up to the elections. Whoever is elected. will, in
any case, be called to serve the promotion of capitalist interests, acting as the
political staff of the bourgeoisie. That is why we wanted to point out both in our
announcement and in our present speech that regardless of the electoral outcome, the
bosses will continue to make the bosses, both local and supranational.

Urban elections do not affect in any way the same capitalism of the material basis, the
economic exploitation and political oppression of the social majority, the working class.
We on our part champion the abstention from the elections, in our effort to contribute to
the extent that we in social delegitimation of bourgeois rule, calling our class to break
the compromise with the dominant regime and clashed with the state and the bosses,
organizations that dampen it and exploit it daily, that is, constantly undermining its
working conditions and living conditions.

But we keep in mind that abstaining from elections alone does not necessarily mean
anything. That is why we call for active abstinence, which translates into the direct
involvement of people in our class in social and class struggles. Why, in order to be able
to see fundamental changes in our lives, we need to invade ourselves and develop on our
own, based on our collective powers and class and international solidarity, incisions and
breaks in the ongoing state of our class devaluation .

So we start with the immediate steps, which may seem small, but they certainly require
effort and effort. We must contribute our efforts to the classial reconstruction of the
workers' movement, consolidating the lines of grassroots organizations, workers'
initiatives, workers' classes, pensioners, the unemployed, students and students, in order
to initially establish a first and a basic line of defense against the attacks of the
state and capital, which are markedly sharpened in the midst of the international
capitalist crisis. We need to exacerbate social and class conflict in every possible field
of intervention. That is why it is equally necessary to strengthen neighborhood
assemblies, anti-fascist networks and coordination,

Today, we can basically fight rearguard battles, but the small steps to reshaping our
resistances are necessary to form a mass class movement that can go into the
counter-attack and pose a threat to the regime and its privileged ones. We are therefore
called upon to create, consolidate and strengthen all the necessary structures and
organizations of social and class conflict to build the ground that will feed us with
tools and mechanisms so that we can eventually turn our struggle towards an overall
revolutionary social transformation, towards a complete reorganization of social and
productive relations, aligned with the foundations of libertarian communism.

In this direction, therefore, we also move as anarchist collectivities, acting
supportively towards social and class struggles, trying to put our stumbling block in
order to intensify their counter-attack from the bottom to the sovereignty of the state
and capital.

The text that was shared during the interventions is as follows:

One step back, two steps back

(and so on...)

"It is no coincidence that where the governments of Papandreou and Samara failed, we
succeeded "

Alexis Tsipras (13/12/2017)

What is going to change on July 7? You will tell us, obviously, "the government of the
country will change, SYRIZA will leave and ND will come." Right. But, elsewhere we go. We
mean, what does that really mean? That is, what really changes and what remains of these
ups and downs? "The state has continuity," as Tsipras had said in a very mute and sincere
manner, making a clear statement of submission to his real bosses. And that's why he
followed the policy he followed by doing exactly the opposite of what he had been
pre-election, "succeeding where the former had failed": salaries and pensions reductions,
privatizations, cuts in all public benefits, phasing out Sunday holidays, raising taxes,
raising commodity prices, change of the social security system, first-time housing
auctions, attempt to abolish the right to strike by challenging the workers' collective
bodies, maintaining the same (anti) immigration policy, absolute implementation of the
NATO war machine requirements, tightening the penal code " photographing "dynamic policy
intervention practices, etc. Let us say that SYRIZA has been adapted, as expected - at
least for many of us, it was! - in fact, imposed by capitalism. Now, to what extent he was
previously aware of this reality and of his self-evident imminent compliance with it, is
another conversation, and we, the people of the social base, actually do not even concern
us. No surprise here, since the chapter (in whose service the state is) is obviously and
would not voluntarily give up even the slightest part of its sovereignty. Whenever and
wherever this happened, let us remember that it was the result of the bloody struggles of
the working class. Consequently, someone, even if it is not very observant, concludes that
the state does not look so much as a ship that flies in the open, with his boat spinning
as the steering wheel comes, but perhaps perhaps more. in a metro train, with the one
sitting in the driver's seat to have more management and supervision: not to make
mistakes, to ensure smooth operation, to "bend" something to intervene directly and
decisively, etc. There is no reason, of course, for the rest.

Could someone reasonably ask: "That is, nothing will change with the change of government?
Here the "left" will fall and the "right" will go up! This can not mean anything ... "It
would change, we would answer (when we stopped laughing about the inclusion of SYRIZA on
the left), but not the essence, not the hard core of the policy that has been and will
continue to be applied independently of the acronym that governs each time. The rapid
devaluation of the labor force and the further compression and weakening of the social
base, as well as the repressive measures that guarantee the implementation of this policy,
have never ceased to re-start now.

"Super-simplification" you will tell us. "Maybe a little, but not so much", we will
answer. Yes, the ways of implementing the new and old measures will be "frightened" and
the process of voting and applying will be speeded up - that is certain. Also, the world
of the struggle, those who, few and only a few, that is, who remained struggling after the
advent of Syriac "hope", will surely become the first and easiest goal of a crack of a
vengeful wave of repression, which, in fact, will (and then in all this ocean of stupidity
that overflows with the regime's media and social media to prove that you are not an
elephant, that you are the only one that is proven, as is shown by the adulteries, arrests
in imprisonments, etc., which accepts and receives repression from any government,
steadily and over time, always and probably ... forever). As you can see, it is the
mourning of victory and power, as ND wants to recall in any direction that she is the
neoliberal right of this place. And with her right, why, you are not a little to see for
four years that your opponents are doing better than you, without you! Thus, the policies
of local and international capital will be presented incompletely, and not made up with a
thousand two cheap ornaments. When they stand, they will not tell us that they are
supposed to do so "for our sake", as the previous ones, but they will tell us to block it
"in order not to have more". But this is not da and no ... cosmohistorical change, eh? If
it is to choose,

And to solve a question - to those you have come up to this time - probably created by the
title: "backward" has not been put by Greek society as a whole. No. The bosses know that
there is no one better able to serve their interests than a neoliberal right, steadily
becoming increasingly far right, picking up every throttled fascisture that circulates out
there and mincing it (and perhaps coextensive with an even more frightened fascist) and ,
in an ideal environment, with social and class resistances in an unprecedented recession
due to their incorporation and disintegration by SYRIZA. Why should they hide it? People
vote for their class interest. Those who retreat steadily are those who, with any
contradictions and differences in their starting points, methods, and targets, flooded the
streets and squares some years ago, in marches and strikes, refusing to accept ignorantly
their devaluation and impoverishment. And perhaps they dared to hope for something more
than the re-establishment of their "former acquirements". They are, therefore, bewildered,
those who have left the road and the real struggle in the workplaces, schools,
neighborhoods, etc. to put their hopes on the parliamentary road and SYRIZA - which
finally broke the berries in the impasse at which this choice led them. And instead of
reacting again, they would go back to the streets, more angry and more determined this
time because of the mockery they had suffered,

Step back, then, assigning to someone else to incarnate instead of us hope.

Step backwards, the inability to reconstruct the movement, when the impasse of the
parliamentary path became evident.

A step further behind, which until today we did not seem capable and able to overcome this
numbness and this weakness, while the opposing class camp is organized and upgraded
steadily and methodically, employing even the gangs of neo-Nazis.

And so on...

If there is something in our minds that really makes sense, which may actually mean the
diversion from the predictably destructive for humans and the nature vertiginous course
imposed by capitalism on a global level, it is nothing more than that militant -organizing
the social base, the exploited and the oppressed, in the light of their own class
interests and with the prospect of a society of solidarity, equality and freedom, without
classes and states.

At least, this hope, in spite of the times, continues unceasingly and continuously to resist.

Freezing assets, arrest, searches ... Against the repressive turning point of the French
State aimed at the Kurdish left, protest rally on Saturday, July 6th in front of 147, rue
Lafayette, Paris 10 e . ---- THE REPRESSION OF MILITANTS AND MILITANTS KURDES MUST STOP !
---- We, political and trade union organizations, of French civil society, condemn the
wave of repression currently being waged by French justice against Kurdish activists who
are engaged in the search for a political solution for Kurdistan. ---- On June 12, 2019,
the day before Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian visited Turkey, several searches were
conducted by the French police to arrest activists from the Kurdish Democratic Movement.
His Turkish counterpart even praised the action taken by France against the Kurdish
movement. These searches were also able to affect support outside the Kurdish movement,
including French trade unionists.

Vedat Bingöl

Act Polat
In addition, two activists, Agit Polat and Vedat Bingöl, spokespersons and former
co-chairman of the Kurdish Democratic Council in France (CDKF), saw their assets frozen on
the decision of the ministries of the economy and the interior. These same two people were
explicitly threatened with death indirectly. In the case of one of them, his young son was
approached in a park where he played by a stranger who made threats against his father.

In 2013, three Kurdish activists have already been murdered in France. The investigation
conducted by the French justice has shown that the sponsors of this despicable act were
senior officials of the Secret Service of Turkey (MIT). Justice could not be rendered
because of the death of the murderer . It would be unbearable for a new tragedy to happen.

We demand that the French state take its responsibilities and protect Kurdish political
activists who have taken refuge or are born on its soil against any attack on their lives
or on their freedom of expression and political organization.

France must not be the substitute for Turkey by participating in the repression of the
Kurdish democratic movement. The fraternity of peoples does not bargain against a handful
of contracts. The Kurdish parties claiming democratic confederalism, PKK in the lead, led
the fight against the obscurantism of Daesh at the cost of immense sacrifices which
resulted in the death of young Kurdish men and women. During this period, Turkey provided
military, logistical and financial support to the criminals of the Islamic State. The
Kurds thus helped to protect Europe from Daesh attacks.

Kurdish organizations are trying to establish a democratic alternative in the Middle East,
based on social progress, women's emancipation and ethnic and religious equality. What
does it mean for France to repress their activists who carry out a legal political action
with an open face ?

The prosecution of Kurdish activists must be abandoned, and France must recognize the
legitimacy of the PKK as a leading political player in the Middle East, first removing it
from the list of terrorist organizations.
