The health situation that we are suffering with the coronavirus pandemic undoubtedly puts the entire population at risk , but'some are more
at risk than others'. ---- We are referring to the working-class neighborhoods and towns of Madrid, which have always had to pay the price:
they endured and are enduring the drug epidemic, unemployment, poor housing conditions, low wages, scarce pensions, ... ., in short, social
precariousness. ---- Although with specific exceptions in other areas, the incidence of Covid infections is much higher in the neighborhoods
and towns of the southern area of the capital and the community: Usera, Vallecas, Carabanchel, Villaverde, Parla, Móstoles, Alcorcón,
Leganés,. .. and others not as big as Tielmes, Valdilecha, Morata de Tajuña, etc.

To the poor living conditions to which a large part of the population in these areas is subjected, health precariousness is now added ,
fundamentally that of primary care.

For years the Government of the Community has been dismantling (and privatizing) Public Health in a programmed manner. In the case of
Primary Care withinsufficient fundingthat hasdeterioratedbothmaterial and human resources(staff of workers manifestly insufficient).

In recent years we have suffered delays of a week (even much more in times of flu) to get a medical appointment. Now, with the pandemic, the
problems for users and health workers have multiplied:

- Health centers without doctors in the afternoon.

- Physicians having to serve the population corresponding to 3 or 4 medical places and sometimes attending up to 100 patients a day.

- The Primary Care Emergencies (SUAP) have been closed for months.

- The necessary substitutions and reinforcements have not been carried out, despite the fact that, as we have already said, the workforce is
scarce, a part is on sick leave due to Covid infection or for obvious reasons of stress, and there are doctors over 60 years of age or with
a certain pathology who cannot perform face-to-face care, despite which they are in the centers making telephone consultations.

- It has come to the absurdity that some Healthcare Directorate (see press) has tried to make the nursing staff 'make up' in some way for
the absence of doctors.

- Huge queues to get the PCR and sometimes more than 8 or 10 days to know the result, when those who can afford it are tested by the private
company with almost instantaneous results.

- Everything is privatized or outsourced: trackers, PCR tests, ...

To all the above, we should add the laziness andpossible negligenceof the health administration, which has allowed cases to grow among
professionals (see cases of health centers in Numancia and Vicálvaro in the press) without quarantining and without the logical study of his
colleagues, in addition to allowingoutbreaks to be 'hidden' in both centerswithout the mandatory communication to public health andwithout
the knowledge of the population , whichhas been put at riskby going to centers in whichit has not been carried out not even
disinfectionuntil complaints have been filed with the Labor Inspectorate and the press has published it.

If it weren't because we are 'well-thinking' fools, it would seem likeorganized crime . For this reason we speak of genocide.

In other communications we will address the issue of specialized and hospital care, but to open our mouths we do not want to fail to mention
the fairly common situation ofpatients waiting more than six months for review appointments with a specialist .

Everything described is aggravating the already serious situation ofwaiting lists(surgical, consultation and diagnosis) incompatible with
health and, sometimes, with life.

From Cas Madrid weappeal to the people of Madridnot to consent to what is happening:

Out with corrupt politicians from the Administration.

Outside the private companies of Public Health.

Repeal of Law 15/97 (which makes it possible to deliver public health centers to companies).

Repeal of article 90 of the General Health Law (which allows concerts with private companies).

Sufficient funding and staff for Primary Care.

Madrid, September 9, 2020.

From the General Confederation of Labor we continue to spread the rebel mobilizations among which the Stop the War against the Zapatista
communities is being demanded. ---- From the General Confederation of Labor, we continue to disseminate the rebel mobilizations among which
the Stop the War against the Zapatista communities is being demanded, such as the march that is arriving in the State of Mexico City at dawn
today (Iberian Peninsula time of the Europe of Below and to the Left). These mobilizations are taking place in Mexico prior to the
celebration of the Independence Day that the AMLO Government intends to celebrate as if there were reasons to celebrate. The mobilizations
seek to denounce the government that did not guarantee the most basic public services before the pandemic, nor now. The autonomous reality
of indigenous peoples continues to respond where the state neither arrives nor is expected. However, the worsening of poverty, the lack of
sanitation and the violence of the paramilitaries is killing the population. That is why it is urgent to give them a voice and support.
And specifically we send the mobilization of the Indigenous and Popular Council of Guerrero - Emiliano Zapata (CIPOG-EZ) who have started a
march that will arrive tomorrow in Mexico City with the intention of concentrating on a permanent sit-in in the Zócalo to demand compliance
of the agreements by the Federal Government of López Obrador and public officials such as Alejandro Encinas and Adolfo de López. Likewise,
the public complaint to the Mexican government will be explained, which has denied to the Ibero-American Human Rights Commission the
existence of the criminal group "Los Ardillos" who murdered 23 promoters of the CIPOG-EX between 2019 and 2020 and continue to threaten
dozens of communities by harassing them with detonations of firearms.

A press conference will be held on September 11 at 10 a.m. (5 p.m. on Saturday 12 in the Spanish State) in the Zócalo of Mexico City.

We enclose posters of the previous press conferences with the telephone and contact email for more information.

The compas of the CIPOG request solidarity support to the CIPOG-EZ caravan, 4152 3134 9229 6186 Bancomer on behalf of Jesús Plácido Galindo,
State coordinator of CIPOG-EZ.

Against all social inequalities, internationalist solidarity.

On September 12, from the TIF podium, the Prime Minister will make the first programmatic statements regarding the management of the new

expected to hit deep again. capitalist economy. The Prime Minister's speech and the government announcements will be the prelude to the new
memorandum that is in the works and has been methodically prepared lately by the domestic political system, the bourgeoisie and the European

On September 12, from the TIF podium, the Prime Minister will make the first program statements regarding the management of the new
recession and unfold the government strategy in the big chapter in view of the gradual culmination of the catastrophic developments that are
expected to hit deep again. capitalist economy. The Prime Minister's speech and the government's announcements will be the prelude to the
new memorandum that is being prepared and has been methodically prepared lately by the domestic political system, the bourgeoisie and the
European wolf alliance[1].

Along with the intensifying economic crisis, burning issues that will be the subject of speeches by political leaders will be the management
of the health crisis and the role of the Greek state in geopolitical reshuffles and the sharing of the pie in the Eastern Mediterranean
region. In this context, Mitsotakis will announce the costly purchase of military equipment, against the background of geopolitical
conflicts and civil conflicts on the front of "Greek-Turkish" relations. After all, the Greek state may not have the money to feed the
malnourished health system, to hire staff in education and cleaning, it may not have the money for working musicians, in the arts and
culture, it may not have the money for the retroactive retirees, but it has to spend billions on weapons systems and submarines like a loyal
NATO dog. And of course, for media and ... planters!

The 85th TIF, which this year was renamed "Thessaloniki Helexpo Forum" due to the limitations of the coronavirus sanitary measures, acquires
a special interest as it takes place in a highly turbulent and critical economic and political situation. 2020 will go down in history as
the year of the covid-19 pandemic and the great health crisis that triggered the new great recession. As we have repeatedly said, this new
recession was not an unexpected cause but a decisive occasion (instead of which there could be another) to shatter the social illusions
built on posthumous myths, the rave reviews of the "success" of rescue programs and the "end of the crisis" chants that signaled the coming
of a "new era" of unhindered development, investment and money circulation. All these lies are now officially a thing of the past.

Starting with the management of the health crisis, it is obvious that we are in the middle of a second wave of coronavirus spread. The path
that the government has chosen in terms of communication at this stage of the increase of cases is the "self-justification" and the
"self-evident applause" about how well it managed the health crisis. It then uses its established tactics, this time to a greater extent
than in the first wave, shifting the responsibility for limiting the spread of the virus to the much-publicized "individual responsibility".
All criminal weaknesses and choices of the state administration, such as the non-provision of mass and free preventive tests to groups of
the population that is deemed necessary (eg medical / nursing staff, workers in care facilities for the elderly, teachers and students,
tourists visiting Greece), overcrowding in MMM due to limited itineraries, overcrowding in the workplace by the hundreds, bearing no
responsibility for the increase in cases. According to the government, the solution to the management of the health crisis lies solely in
the observance of personal protection measures (even for the mask that was considered mandatory indoors, in terms of its purchase,
individual responsibility is left!). After all, as we have learned throughout the epidemic, state responsibility pales in the face of
individual responsibility ... the solution to the management of the health crisis lies solely in the observance of personal protection
measures (even for the mask that was considered mandatory indoors, in terms of its purchase, individual responsibility is left!). After all,
as we have learned throughout the epidemic, state responsibility pales in the face of individual responsibility ... the solution for the
management of the health crisis lies solely in the observance of the personal protection measures (even for the mask that was considered
obligatory indoors, in terms of its purchase, the individual responsibility is left!). After all, as we have learned throughout the
epidemic, state responsibility pales in the face of individual responsibility ...

The success story of the government for the management of the pandemic can be easily demolished if we look at the image that prevails in the
state health system. The consequences of chronic hospital shortages of staff, equipment and infrastructure are even more pronounced during
the second wave of the coronavirus. During the previous 7 months of the outbreak of the epidemic in the country, no substantial improvement
has taken place and no substantial measures have been taken on these issues. Concerns are also being raised about the growing incidence of
health workers. Under this condition, hospitals are being turned into potential health bombs with patients at risk of being stacked in rooms
and corridors in the event of a possible pandemic exacerbation without regard to health care measures, while thousands are currently at
risk. are waiting for exams and surgeries, a wait that can cost them their very lives. The shortages of nursing and medical staff continue
to be huge, as the recruitments made are at least disproportionate to the real needs.

In this situation, it is a disgrace for the government to invoke its "success" in managing the health crisis, trying to use it as a "success
compensation" in the face of the magnitude of the coming economic disaster. The coronavirus pandemic demonstrated internationally the
inability of capitalism and the "free market" to manage "emergencies" and to provide solutions to key human problems based on social rather
than selfish and speculative interests. It has been proven once again that between the value of human life and the value of profit, states
and bourgeoisie undoubtedly choose the latter. The disintegrated health systems from the neoliberal reforms swept the states of the
"developed world" especially from the 1990s onwards have proved fatal to the lives and health of millions. A typical example is the United
States, which as a pioneer in neoliberal reforms and global capitalist developments has all seen the consequences of the way it has handled
the health crisis.

As for the economy, the planet is now moving at the pace of the new Great Recession, the effects of which have come to the forefront of the
world political scene. The new wave of recession, which is now manifesting itself with great intensity, was just around the corner and
before the appearance of the coronavirus. The spread of the pandemic accelerated the outbreak of the recession which was further fueled by
the short circuit that the measures to reduce covid-19 and the massive lockdowns brought to the economy and production. As we mentioned in
our previous text: "the new episode of the crisis, which has long been at the gates, did not come to stop the much-publicized 'growth course
of the capitalist economy', which was in fact anemic, stuck in debt.

The projected recession is estimated to be higher than at the beginning of the global financial crisis in 2008. Global debt reached a record
331% of world GDP in the first quarter of 2020 ($ 258 trillion), marking higher in quarterly increase over time. The growing debt bubble,
combined with the reduction of the states' GDP due to the pandemic, brings the capitalist system to its limits, in the face of its own
structural contradictions. It has been clear for a long time that the debt can not be repaid and that the only "way out" is the vicious
circle of its expansion through constant refinancing for the future. Multi-year bonds (30-year and 50-year) are already being issued by the
states in this direction.

A few days after the Prime Minister's speech at the TIF, the conclusion of the "Institutions" is expected for the 7th evaluation of Greece
within the 2018 regime of enhanced supervision with the main issue being the protection of the first residence. It is obvious that the
memorandum and predatory commitments of the Greek state for the working class are still in force. The new recession finds the Greek economy
exhausted after more than 10 consecutive years of memorandum policies that sharpened the class exploitation and plunder of social wealth. As
we have argued many times, contrary to the announcements to the contrary, the "end of the crisis" and the "overcoming of the memoranda"
never came. This is a truth which, in addition to proving the facts themselves, which stand relentlessly,

The Greek capitalist economy, being significantly weakened and with a huge debt on its back, is facing the armageddon that will bring the
new episode of the crisis. The projected recession for 2020 is at least 10%, without being able to accurately predict the magnitude of the
great economic loss from tourism. Unemployment will rise to well above 20%, while a tsunami of redundancies is expected with the end of the
"emergency measures" for the suspension of employment contracts. The government is well aware that the greater the recession, the more
difficult it will be to balance fiscal policy in the near future. This means two things: on the one hand, the Greek state will turn to the
well-known borrowing tactics to cover the public deficits, inflating the public debt even more,

The Prime Minister at the TIF with his announcements is going to pave the way for the implementation of this very policy, the policy of
looting the social majority for the salvation of the system and for the service of the interests of businessmen and bosses. The
announcements of the financial measures of this year TIF will be imprinted as the beginning of the new "Mitsotakis memorandum" and will mark
the new sweeping attack of state and capital that will crush salaries, pensions, labor acquis, social freedoms and will lead once again
millions of people in poverty and misery.

At this point we must note that the recognition of this "new recession" is not as an expected episode of a crisis that never ended since
2007-8, but as a "new economic crisis" ("new", which came to not only confirms the systemic narratives that identify the coronavirus as an
"asymmetric threat" that quickly destroyed the "capitalist recovery", but also acquits in practice SYRIZA's rhetoric about the
"post-historical era . In the end, it targets the Mitsotakis government as the sole and sole responsible for the new memorandum and
legitimizes the "cinematic" return of SYRIZA with the opposition flag and slogan "the left took the country out of the memoranda, the right
put it back".

In addition, the inability to analyze the domestic and international economic and political situation, as well as the lack of insight into
the course of the crisis, were the reasons why some "conceived" the new government's repression campaigns as "acts of the far-right".
ideological obsession "and not as a general regime preparation in view of a new attack on the world of wage labor which was fermenting
behind the Syrize calls for the" post-historical era ". Similar campaigns, especially in Exarchia, were organized by the Papandreou
government in 2009 before the country joined the "rescue programs". For now, however, we must not forget who was the government that
launched the crackdowns and the evacuation barrages, with fewer fanfares, fewer spotlights,

Thus, the recent barrage of squatting evacuations, in addition to the congratulations from an overly right-wing audience, reflects only the
repressive warm-up in the face of a general outburst of social anger. The deepest regime goal is not to deal with a self-marginalized area
of minimal - especially in recent years - social influence, but to prevent precaution, preemptive terrorism, timely delivery of the message
"we will melt you" against those who intend to revolt. And these will be thousands in the near future.

This expediency is also evidenced by the recent police exercises on the occasion of the new bill on demonstrations. Exercises that do not
differ from the corresponding ones that were conducted at the beginning of the memoranda in 2010. At the center of the repressive planning
are placed the popular demands, the labor resistance, the youth struggles in schools and universities. As long as the anarchist movement
(which today does not exist as a movement, but as a fragmented "space" of opposing aspirations) is not an active vanguard (not a cut-off
vanguard) at the center of all these struggles, but functions as a marginalized (self-marginalized to be exact) bohemian protest force will
never be able to play a pivotal role in the forthcoming social and economic developments, nor to contribute to the suppression of the state
repression which does not occur with cries, but with militant organization and the crushing of the state battalions of the mat, action, opke
in the streets of the popular struggles. This, too, comes at a very high cost on both sides, but it is a one-way street and requires hard work.

Criticism of the organization we do not have at the moment, of the structures and infrastructures we do not have, of the correlations that
are not on our side, of the strategic plan of revolutionary overthrow that we should have, is a valuable tool of dialectical overcoming
pathogenesis, only when it is verified as such in living action and not in its external observation. There and only there, in the trenches
of the class struggle and the anarchist struggle, criticism and self-criticism are fruitful. When the critical finding of what we do not
have acts as a deterrent to the development of action that will allow us to acquire it, then this criticism becomes anti-dialectical,
introverted and ultimately counter-revolutionary.

The attack we accept as a working class, as a youth, as politically militarized anarchists must be answered through the development of
organized class struggle and anarchist political struggle in a strategic direction revolutionary and subversive. This dualistic character of
the struggle, that is, on the one hand the ideological political struggle that we carry out as anarchists, as the most conscious part of our
class, and on the other hand our participation and influence in mass organizations and social-class movements, entails responsibilities.
both for its content, as well as for its organized bodies, which will elaborate ways, methods, mechanisms, etc. These two, the form and the
content of the struggle, should be considered inseparable.

So we are going through a period when a social outburst is simmering. A period when the foundations of this system based on exploitation,
oppression and injustice, are collapsing in the consciences of the people of our class who will see their lives destroyed once again by the
scourge of the economic crisis. The foundations of the system are collapsing in the consciences of the youth who see an ominous future
coming and filled with anger and hatred for the state, its mechanisms and its repression that it is already beginning to know very well in
its own skin. The cries for the collapse of the system are heard all over the world, and when the millions of workers, the unemployed, the
proletarians of this world become aware of their position and their role as a potential revolutionary class, the noise from the system
collapse will be deafening. On the ashes of the old world the real creators of its social wealth will build a new world based on the values
of equality, solidarity and freedom.

At this year's TIF, where, as every year, the country's political leadership and representatives of domestic and international plutocracy
will be present, the state lackeys will unfold their plan on how to once again shift the consequences of the system's financial crisis to
backs of the working people. This day should be a starting point for us to say that we will no longer tolerate the policy of austerity and
memoranda, that we will no longer tolerate the system that destroys our lives. We must expose the nationalist crowns and their patriotic
tales that call us to fight against our class brothers in Turkey against the backdrop of intra-capitalist and state conflicts over
sovereignty in the Mediterranean and the exploitation of its wealth-producing resources. To overthrow the national unity they ask of us and
to rebuild the unity of our class. No matter how many laws are passed to ban demonstrations, no matter how many pre-emptive anti-insurgency
measures they pass, they will never be able to stop the dynamics of social and popular anger. So let us take to the streets again and
overturn their plans for mass demonstrations and fiery roadblocks. No matter how many laws are passed to ban demonstrations, no matter how
many pre-emptive anti-insurgency measures they pass, they will never be able to stop the dynamics of social and popular anger. So let's take
