The success story of the government for the management of the pandemic can be easily demolished if we look at the image that prevails in the
state health system. The consequences of chronic hospital shortages of staff, equipment and infrastructure are even more pronounced during
the second wave of the coronavirus. During the previous 7 months of the outbreak of the epidemic in the country, no substantial improvement
has taken place and no substantial measures have been taken on these issues. Concerns are also being raised about the growing incidence of
health workers. Under this condition, hospitals are being turned into potential health bombs with patients at risk of being stacked in rooms
and corridors in the event of a possible pandemic exacerbation without regard to health care measures, while thousands are currently at
risk. are waiting for exams and surgeries, a wait that can cost them their very lives. The shortages of nursing and medical staff continue
