The sentence of imprisonment for"Publicly Contemptuous of the Turkish Nation, the Republic of Turkey, the GrandNational Assembly of Turkey, the Government of the Republic of Turkey and theJudicial Organs of the State"; Our comrade, who learned with the reasoneddecision received by mail, was not even summoned to testify by the police or theprosecutor's office throughout the process.To our comrade, who did not receive even a single notification, the court decidedto subject our comrade to a 5-year inspection period, deeming it right to applyit in a file related to an article such as TCK 301. According to this, MahmutDemir will be arrested if he insults the Republic of Turkey once again in 5 years.We share with you the reasoned decision that reached our comrade, in order toprove for the millionth time that a state's legal mechanism can only be amechanism of injustice.
