2. Irkutsk mobilized storm the Avdeevsky district, 33 skins will be taken from
the governor, executions for refusing to fight
While mobilized from the 1439th regiment of the Irkutsk region, under the threat
of execution, storm the fortifications of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, their
wives threaten to pull 33 skins off Governor Kobzev. The mobilized, given under

be transferred back to the defense.

The governor ignored the relatives of the mobilized for a whole month, banned
them from his channel and deleted their comments, but recently he nevertheless
answered that "in the near future the guys will be transferred to a new duty
station." However, already on March 2 they were sent to storm the Avdeevsky
fortified area. The wife of one of the mobilized told Sibir.Realii that the
regiment had already been almost completely destroyed.

Unfortunately, the mobilized are still hoping for some kind of help from the
Russian authorities, not realizing that, in fact, no one is in a hurry to provide
it to them, and anti-militarist slogans are not heard during riots. But it is
possible that the relatives of those mobilized, having finally realized that it
is necessary to fight not with the symptoms, but with the disease, will begin to
actively seek the return of their sons, husbands and brothers from the front.

3. In Moscow, they are fabricating the continuation of the "Network" case: will
they come with this to the regions?
Searches were carried out in Moscow in connection with the Network case. There is
also information that they want to attribute Azat Miftakhov to the "Moscow cell",
who was supposed to be released very soon. Initially, the Network case referred
to four cells - Minsk, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Penza. So far, only Peter and
Penza have been involved in criminal cases, but someone needs new shoulder
straps, and, apparently, the security forces began to fabricate a case for the
"Moscow cell".

Igor Shishkin, a defendant in the Network case, testified against Azat, who
served his sentence and is now abroad, where he told reporters that he testified
against Azat under pressure. There was also information that Dmitry Pchelintsev,
who was recently transferred to a Moscow pre-trial detention center, was giving
evidence. According to Azat himself, it seemed more likely to him that an update
on the Network case (and that he would be included there) or the case on the
manufacture of IEDs from Balashikha than that he would simply be released after
the end of his term. We hope Azat will be released soon.

One can only guess who the FSB will still want to attribute to the participants
in the "Network", and whether this case will spread metastases in the regions.
Maybe we should wait for the Chelyabinsk, Novosibirsk or Irkutsk cell?

4. PMC " Ryodan"
On February 22, a mass brawl between football fans and anime fans took place in
the Moscow shopping center Aviapark because of the appearance of the latter.
After that, the Russian authorities began to actively fight against the Ryodan
PMC. In many cities of Russia, teenagers were detained, allegedly related to it.

Initially, "Ryodan" was not any subculture and did not have the PMC prefix, it
was the usual local hangout of Hunter x Hunter anime fans. However, after the
information about the fight and the stories of the security forces about the "new
dangerous subculture" spread in the media, there were those who non-ironically
began to identify themselves with the "Ryodan".

But something more can come out of the subculture created by the security forces.
In  the public  of the Irkutsk "Ryodan" and in some other local publics, for
example, it is written that they oppose bonds (albeit calling them skins, such is
the average person's idea of this culture). One way or another, Ryodan is moving
in the right direction, it only takes a little enlightenment.

5. Decolonization of Siberia
Recently, the so-called Forum of the Free Peoples of Russia presented a map of
the future Russia with 34 new states. And along with this, a few days later,
online referendums were held for the independence of some regions and the
formation of new states on their basis. Although this is done only so that in the
future these neoplasms do not have problems with recognition, and in order to
still begin the decolonization of Russia, from the point of view of the
indigenous peoples of Siberia and anarchist optics, these projects have a lot of
problems, the main one which can be summarized in these words: the destruction of
one injustice and the construction of a bunch of new ones, the separation of
indigenous peoples by new borders, and not decolonization, but the logical
continuation of colonialism.

In this regard, the Irkutsk Anarchist channel published an article with a vision
of real decolonization through an anarchist social revolution, and another
article explaining the controversial points in more detail. We believe that too
little attention is paid to the issues of decolonization in the anarchist
movement. This is a very important point in our common revolutionary struggle
that requires discussion.

6. War in the villages of Bryansk
Also in the past week, the Russian Volunteer Corps - apparently, these are
Russian Nazis fighting on the side of Ukraine - attacked two villages in the
Bryansk region, but were soon driven out by the RF Armed Forces. Throughout the
week, the territory of Russia, up to the Moscow region, was attacked by drones.
This is a significant moment, on the one hand, the impotence of Putin's army. On
the other hand, the executions of villagers by "Russian volunteers" paint a sad
picture of the way the country can be liberated from Putinism.

There is also an opinion that this is all a provocation of the FSB.
