Someone had beaten Marvin's head in, leaving deep dents in his skull. He was covered in blood everywhere. It was clear whoever had killed Marvin had done so by horrifically and repeatedly beating him.
Just a few days beforehand in the same rural Tennessee area, someone else discovered a dog that had been killed by a gunshot wound directly in its face.
No one knows yet who was responsible for Marvin's killing, or for the slaughter of the other dog. It's imperative that authorities work hard to find this vicious predator now, before they harm more animals — or possibly harm children or other humans.
