WORLD WORLDWIDE GREECE News Journal Update - (en) Greece, espiv anarchism: Pola Rupa: STATE VERSUS COMMUNITY - Book presentations (ca, de, it, pt, tr) [machine translation]

ABSTRACT ---- This book is a free historical research on the political"crime", which goes beyond the boundaries of jurisprudence and is donein political and social terms. Looking for the historical roots of thepolitical "crime" he begins a journey through the centuries. In thisjourney we see the pre-state-free communities (Communes) with their own(natural) Law. We meet the first state formations that attempt toconsolidate their power and impose their own Law on free communities. Wesee the first political "crimes" committed to strengthen state powerover free communities, but also the communities' resistance to attemptsto abolish their autonomy. Such a journey reaches the ancientAthenian-direct democracy, ancient Rome, the free cities of the MiddleAges. It goes through the peasant revolution in Europe in the lateMiddle Ages, the Revolutions in France (1789, 1830, 1848, the ParisCommune of 1871), but also the revolutionary attempts in Greece afterthe liberation struggle of 1821.Through the journey to all these top historical events-stations, manyhistorical facts come to light that overturn established theories andpositions about the revolutions. The causes that cause them, their goalsand above all the common components that unite them and that remainunchanged throughout the centuries are highlighted. Traveling throughhistory, we see how the establishment view that revolutions "are fieldsof committing heinous crimes", "theaters of brutal and excessive socialviolence that can only be dealt with by the reconstitution of the state, the unique and timeless pillar of social peace", is overturned. Mainly, however, with this journey we see how the Commune and the primordial Lawof equality and social solidarity constantly come to the surface ofhistory through Social Revolutions. Finally, we discover the politicalconditions in which the political "crime" passed into statejurisprudence, sometimes to judge the political "criminals" severely andsometimes favorably, depending always on the political correlations ofpower of each historical period. The book closes with two specificanalyzes of the right to resist and the political "crime", as weencounter these issues in ancient and modern jurisprudence.STATE VERSUS COMMUNITYLAW, REVOLUTIONS AND POLITICAL "CRIMES" THROUGH THE CENTURIESCONTENTSIntroductory noteFREE COMMUNITIES AND NATURAL LAWTHE FIRST STATE FORMS AND THE REBELLION AGAINST THE FREE COMMUNITYThe first state formations and the "rebellion" against communal freedomThe free medieval citiesThe Peasants' RevolutionLaw in the direct democracy of ancient AthensAttic and Roman law: two diametrically different forms of lawFRENCH REVOLUTIONThe social situation in pre-revolutionary FranceThe revolution of 1789The capture of Louis XVI at VarennesThe people, from below, institutions-counterweight to the power ofrepresentation - The role of the CommunePrison massacres and the "first terror"The trial and execution of Louis XVIFostering the counter-revolutionThe expulsion of the Girondins from the ConventionConstitutions and legislation in the French Revolution of 1793The uprisings against the RevolutionThe nationalization of the Sectors, the death of the Revolution and therise of totalitarianismTHE REVOLUTIONS OF 1830 AND 1848State terrorism and the tightening of criminal lawTHE PARIS COMMUNE OF 1871REVOLUTIONARY MOVEMENTS AND REBELLION IN GREECE AFTER THE REVOLUTION OF 1821Uprisings and revolutions 1833-1847Revolutions of 1848White terrorism on the mainlandInstead of an epilogueTHE RIGHT TO RESIST, REBELLION, REVOLUTIONPolitics and law before and beyond the stateRight to protestRight to resistance, "memorandums" and Revolutionary StruggleABOUT THE POLITICAL "CRIME"The "political criminal" theory"Terrorism": a concept in the service of the "struggle" to eradicatepolitical "crime"Revolutionary StruggleGAUGENOTESWe would like to inform you that it is being circulated in Athens by theAllelegios in the Revolutionary Struggle (contact emailallilegioi-ea@riseup.net.
