ABSTRACT ---- This book is a free historical research on the political"crime", which goes beyond the boundaries of jurisprudence and is donein political and social terms. Looking for the historical roots of thepolitical "crime" he begins a journey through the centuries. In thisjourney we see the pre-state-free communities (Communes) with their own(natural) Law. We meet the first state formations that attempt toconsolidate their power and impose their own Law on free communities. Wesee the first political "crimes" committed to strengthen state powerover free communities, but also the communities' resistance to attemptsto abolish their autonomy. Such a journey reaches the ancientAthenian-direct democracy, ancient Rome, the free cities of the MiddleAges. It goes through the peasant revolution in Europe in the lateMiddle Ages, the Revolutions in France (1789, 1830, 1848, the ParisCommune of 1871), but also the revolutionary attempts in Greece afterthe liberation struggle of 1821.Through the journey to all these top historical events-stations, manyhistorical facts come to light that overturn established theories andpositions about the revolutions. The causes that cause them, their goalsand above all the common components that unite them and that remainunchanged throughout the centuries are highlighted. Traveling throughhistory, we see how the establishment view that revolutions "are fieldsof committing heinous crimes", "theaters of brutal and excessive socialviolence that can only be dealt with by the reconstitution of the state,the unique and timeless pillar of social peace", is overturned. Mainly,however, with this journey we see how the Commune and the primordial Lawof equality and social solidarity constantly come to the surface ofhistory through Social Revolutions. Finally, we discover the politicalconditions in which the political "crime" passed into statejurisprudence, sometimes to judge the political "criminals" severely andsometimes favorably, depending always on the political correlations ofpower of each historical period.
