more rights than before because we go out to work, where through the
media they try to hinder us with fictitious ideas. that keep us in
submission under the promise of female empowerment.
Where it is clear that women today want the capitalist system for their
ranks as defenders of social inequality. That woman who cares about
being physically beautiful, cold and ambitious. The reflection of this
is found in all the advertisements of clothing and cosmetic brands that
enslave workers in different parts of the world where they take
advantage of the lack of union organization by having people exploited
in their workshops or textile factories for very low salaries. So that
another office worker or worker on the other side of the world wants to
buy those empty products sustained only by the social indifference that
exists in our humanity today.
Comrades, we must continue to denounce and analyze humanity, which
has changed little, because we have not yet been able to eradicate that
form of economic and social organization that punishes and sustains
social injustice that creates suffering and problems for everyone,
trampling on the best of the human species. , convincing the majority of
the world's population that ambition and coldness lead us to good ports
in this life and within capitalism.
Today that vision not only convinced us, but also defeated women again.
Many today aspire to be and look like the bourgeoisie. Without
understanding that today's bourgeois women impose themselves as the
image of the perfect woman who can do everything and sell us their
calculating ideas that will never be for everyone because we live in a
class society that is sustained by exploitation.
So today, work, just like yesterday, does not dignify me, it does not
make me equal to anyone and it does not empower me from my chains. With
or without work, colleagues, we are being dragged into misery.
Because working women today are divided thanks to politics that always
put themselves before our union organization needs.
And because of that we must live with low salaries that are not enough
to sustain ourselves, much less support a family. And where other
minorities of women use better salaries in exchange for controlling the
rest by being bosses or being exploitative bosses who own their own
companies.
The struggle of women today involves multiple ideological banners that
seek to divide us even more and drag us into a confusion that makes us
support a side that is not ours.
That is why from various offices in the northern area we call on all
those women who are fed up with being poorly paid in their jobs. How is
the case of colleagues in education, health, cleaning, commerce,
gastronomy, office and administration of various companies of public and
private entities. Where there are many working women who must survive by
saving their salaries to support the home while juggling the rising
prices of food and the rest of the basic needs.
Because the exploitation of men is no longer enough, they decided to
drag us all, us and the young people too, to go out to work or look for
jobs if there is no work to contribute to a single home.
Therefore, today, just like yesterday, our problems are not only mere
language and seeing how men and others address themselves when speaking
to us or about us.
Our sufferings pierce the senses of the flesh and bones and destroy the
spirit.
That is why again this March 8 we are here to remind businessmen and the
government to take responsibility for the fact that they dragged us from
home to work. And because we are female workers, we are paid lower
salaries and receive less retirement than our male colleagues.
It is for this reason that no matter how much companies, politicians and
union leaders talk to us nicely and with the "e" saying they are
inclusive, they are exploiting us and we do not want more exploitation,
because we are going to explode in organization and anger.
It is time to get tired, friends, and reject that patience with which we
are told that we are endowed by nature so that we can be those women who
help a family through good and bad times to a man who perhaps does not
accompany them with the same patience as you, On top of this we add
being patient in the face of abuse in the workplace, necessarily
accepting that our work is worth shit or equal to being unemployed on
many occasions.
Where the capitalist system sets conditions for us to access jobs that
require a lot of sacrifice and preparation to then be used and discarded
when we retire. Where many women know that few can sustain themselves
for 30 years working or more, if at some moments in their lives they had
to stop working to assume that laborious and natural responsibility of
being mothers that no one considers and is even underestimated as time.
that you lost while raising and were not able to receive rights such as
retirement contributions or social work. Because you had to stop working
to raise a child or because you were fired due to pregnancy, because we
know that few work areas allow colleagues to enjoy paid maternity leave.
Many women are precarious due to black jobs for companies that avoid all
labor and union rights of workers.
We know well that every mother woman takes the reins back into the world
of work and with greater needs for her children.
It is because of all these problems that we do not settle for a language
that is heard and written beautifully to look good to us and conform
through false respect, false inclusion and we are left out of political
and economic decisions.
We do not want a false freedom, but a complete and true one.
We know that with the help of explorers this is impossible.
We need to organize in unions to raise what our true problems and needs
of women are today.
If we are sure of one thing, it is that the state and the bosses do not
respect us. I don't know if they are satisfied with exploiting men,
today they also play the same way with us. Diverting our attention to
prevent us from being able to organize so that we do not go out and tell
them that we have many pending demands and one of them is that our
children are not included in our salaries. We are not satisfied with a
miserable allocation, a crime by the state against the well-being and
development of our children and young people.
One more year we will take to the streets to continue fighting to
denounce all injustice against humanity.
It is crazy that today there are few who can cover all the basic needs
of taxes such as electricity, water, gas and rent by working one or two
at home. The majority of working families cannot and to support
themselves everyone goes to work or do whatever it takes to support
shelter, food and taxes on basic services.
That is why we are not going to get tired of attacking all
governments because it does not matter if yesterday it was the gorilla
and now it is the lion, but the state is a businessman and is being part
of the negotiation that is impoverishing us day by day.
There are no women who are not hard workers and do not make the effort
to continue surviving and supporting something or someone.
That is why we reject and repudiate the executioner's strangling actions
against poor and working women, we do not want crumbs that are not
enough, we want them to leave in peace our colleagues and our children
who want to appropriate them to extract the last drop of blood when they
begin to exploit labor.
We reject the mistreatment of our young people who cannot project
themselves into the present or any future. Taking advantage of their
youth by making them do multiple work tasks for very low salaries that
only serve to go out with friends and be young, but not to become
independent freely and start their lives. They grow and learn like birds
to be ready to fly, but they cut their wings so they don't take flight.
We repudiate all this perverse mistreatment of keeping people in
obedience and religiously accepting the reality that affects them.
We will continue to defend legal abortion achieved through struggle.
So that no woman runs health risks for not wanting or being able to
become mothers for various economic or social reasons.
We must stop the perversion, we do not need to bring children into the
world to suffer misery, it is not fair, quite the opposite is cruel. If
the world is exploitation and inequality for so many people, what awaits
the majority of our children?
We will never get tired!! To demand for every woman that she cannot
access a job to cover her needs.
We will continue to accompany each retiree in the fight to improve
retirement conditions, denouncing that the retirement system in the
hands of the state is crossed by its control and bureaucracy. To loot
the pension funds. Affecting the lives of retirees who today are
humiliated by the state and employers, paying them crumbs of retirement
as if it were social assistance that serves no purpose other than to
slowly finish them off.
