WORLD WORLDWIDE RUSSIA - All Out - LGBTQIA Homosexualité GAY - Online news journal UPDATE - Putin couldn't ignore this

Dear friends,

When Russia declared the "international public LGBT+ movement" as extremist, All Out members jumped into action to raise awareness and mobilize support against this oppressive decision.

Then, thousands of us made small donations to help evacuate queer people and their allies under attack.

And we didn't stop there: During the Russian elections in March, All Out members from around the world – from São Paulo to London, from New York to Bangalore – stood united in front of Russian embassies and city centers to protest the criminalization and show solidarity with the LGBT+ community in Russia.

Various images of protests and global activism by All Out members, with people carrying signs, posting messages, and protesting for LGBT+ rights in different languages.

We made headlines around the world and showed thousands of people that together, we can confront and challenge the injustice done by the Russian state.

One person holds a sign reading 'Russia: love is not extremism!' emphasizing the protest against LGBT+ discrimination in Russia.

Watch this video of All Out members around the world turning solidarity into action.

A phone shows a video frame with an image of a rainbow flag with the All Out logo and, in the background, a Russian flag.

However, our fight is far from over. Despite the roaring voices and the sea of rainbow flags, criminalization looms large over Russia's LGBT+ community. Just a couple of days after the presidential elections, two workers in a queer bar were accused of roles in an 'extremist organization' and detained. They could face up to 10 years in prison.

Now, more than ever, your voice is not just important – it's crucial.

By signing the Sphere Foundation's petition asking for safe passage for queer Russians you can join this global movement in solidarity with our queer siblings in Russia.

The clock is ticking: Sign the petition today.

Yes, I'll sign now

Thanks for going All Out!
