Andalusia, Aragon, the Balearic and Canary Islands. In general, all
territories with separatist sentiments that are part of Spain.
Well, okay, Ukraine is a state, but it is still being bombed. In
general, there are no working solutions to prevent wars and humanitarian
crises in the current system of world order; no states, no interstate
association can offer them.
