Call for Proposals: 2025 Jen Angel Anarchist Media Grant

Agency and the Institute for Anarchist Studies Are Increasing Grant Funding in 2025 to $12,500

Agency just announced our call for proposals for the third annual 2025 Jen Angel Anarchist Media Grant! There is even more funding this year for media projects that further anarchist ideas and make them accessible to a broad audience. Agency is continuing to partner with the Institute for Anarchist Studies (IAS) to bring you the Jen Angel Anarchist Media Grant and the Anarchist Horizons Grant, respectively. The two grant programs will be awarding a total of $12,500 in 2025.

The Jen Angel Anarchist Media Grant program was established in 2022 to honor Jen, a co-founder of Agency, and help fuel the types of projects Jen created throughout her life that reflect the spirit of grassroots and do-it-yourself action that she worked so hard to sustain. The core tenets of anarchism that underscored Jen’s life and work—autonomy, mutual aid, voluntary association, direct action—are all amplified by the independent media projects funded by this grant program. You can read more about the Jen Angel Anarchist Media Grant program and past grant recipients here.

You can access the online application form here. Submissions will be accepted until March 31, 2025. For more information, visit the FAQ page on the IAS website.
