With hasty superficiality, Trump's foreign policy on Ukraine and the
Middle East has been defined as a failure: his promise to put an end toboth conflicts in a short period of time has failed. Putin and Netanyahu
would have succeeded in imposing their choices and their times. What is
happening raises the doubt that this is not the case at all and that the
much-maligned TACO (Trump Always Chicken Out) is the one who is dealing
the cards. In other words, Trump is a coward, someone who backs down in
the face of difficulties, who announces duties and then withdraws them
at the first retaliation; a coward. It is worth reflecting on the
dynamics and characteristics of both the "Spider's web" operation
carried out by the Ukrainians, and the "Rising Lion" operation to attack
Iran. If we look closely, the points of contact, the methods of
execution, a set of characteristics, and above all the effects, they
definitely have many points in common, even though the American
president claims to be extraneous to their execution.
The truth is different Trump is a liar who lies knowing he is lying, one
who strikes and hides his hand, who conducts foreign policy in the
United States with unprecedented unscrupulousness, having learned and
internalized the use of proxies, no more and no less than other actors
on the international level have done for years. While other states have
given life to guerrilla movements, have fueled political parties, have
formed fifth columns within the states they intended to destabilize, the
United States and its allies used different operational methods of
destabilization: there are countless guerrilla movements organized in
Latin America and Africa and lavishly financed, but they know about
organized and supported coups d'état, the so-called orange revolutions
are well known, which even recently have brightened the democratic life
of European states, making themselves standard-bearers of the values of
Western democracy.
This varied arsenal is composed of instruments of international and
power politics and has recently been enriched by two further refined
instruments constituted by the aforementioned operations which, upon
closer inspection, present similar characteristics and in fact use the
same operational instruments to achieve their purpose, which is to
support the official action of the State, its international policy, with
hybrid instruments of pressure that are part of the arsenal of
asymmetric warfare conducted with unscrupulousness by States as a
substitute element to their power politics.
The latest of this operation in chronological order, conducted however
still with traditional methods, was constituted by the action carried
out by Turkey which supported and fomented the guerrilla movements
operating in Syrian territory, supporting them to the point of producing
the necessary critical mass of power to overthrow the Assad regime, also
thanks to the betrayal of the military leaders, the weariness of the
populations, the change in the balance of power at an international
level and the weakening of Russian support for the Syrian regime,
directly and primarily involved in the war in Ukraine.
Operation "Spider's Web"
Operation "Spider's Web" carried out by the Ukrainian secret services
undoubtedly represents a qualitative leap in the operational capacity of
a secret service engaged in hybrid warfare against a nuclear superpower.
While the client of the war, the United States, conducted an action of
apparent mediation between the parties aimed at resolving the conflict,
although they were the main actors and clients of the war action, long
prepared with the events of Maidan Square and an orange insurrection,
the secret services of the vassal state, developed a terrorist action
that targeted the strategic bombers that are part of the nuclear
response triad of the Russian superpower.
The action was prepared through an infiltration operation in enemy
territory, the use of offensive weapons, drones, which due to their
versatility can be used as tools of a terrorist action, but at high
intensity. The aim of the operation is to demonstrate to the enemy the
unpredictability of war action, the impossibility of containing and
controlling the enemy's initiative, which acts with a wild variable,
without placing any limit on the consequences of its own action,
demonstrating that the desperation resulting from defeat on the
battlefield of a traditional war, places it in the condition of having
nothing to lose and of not placing any limits on its action, with the
threat, not even so veiled, of lasting over time, regardless of the
persistence of the conflict between States. The message that the
operation "Spider's web" intends to convey is that even if Ukraine is
defeated on the battlefield, as long as it exists as a political entity,
it will always be able to conduct aggressive actions against Russia,
threatening its integrity and social peace, with a war without quarter,
in time and space.
It is therefore appropriate that at the negotiating table Russia comes
to a more moderate opinion, accepting the mediation of Trump, who at the
negotiating table offers himself as the only guarantor capable of
keeping his proxy at bay. But to do so he needs to be able to offer a
compromise solution to the conflict.
While at the negotiating table the Americans appear quiescent, they are
in fact leaving to the English and the Ukrainians, or rather to their
proxies, the task of carrying out and developing the counteraction
necessary to bend the enemy to the negotiation. This explains what Trump
says and does not say when he refers to the operation carried out by the
Ukrainians, which he claims to be unaware of, while it is not credible
that this occurred without the knowledge and approval of the US secret
services and himself.
Operation "Rising Lion"
A closer look at Operation "Rising Lion" shows the same characteristics.
Conceived as a terrorist action, it uses the Israeli proxy as an agent,
which uses infiltration into the enemy camp through the organization of
sabotage actions, targeted killings, destabilization of air defense
structures, information on targets, weakening of warning systems and
uses force and direct military intervention as a conclusive action and
operational seal of the terrorist action implemented, which has
prevention and dissuasive purposes.
Even in this case, apparently, the instigator, the United States,
appears to be unaware of everything, even offering themselves as
mediators between the parties, only to then define the action carried
out as excellent, after the fact. In this case, the respective roles of
the proxies and the instigator are exposed and evident, because already
while the attack is underway the United States offers Iran to resume the
negotiations in progress, interrupted by the war action, openly
declaring that this will prevent them from suffering greater and more
serious damage from the hybrid war action carried out against them,
moreover clearly supported by the military action of support developed
during the Israeli war actions against Iran by the United States and its
allies, moved by the sense of guilt towards Israel, to which the name of
the holocaust perpetrated against the Jews, everything is forgiven,
including the genocide against the inhabitants of Gaza as well as the
Palestinians. In reality, the reasons for the support of Israel by the
United States are constituted by the deep economic ties that bind the
two States, by the strategic role played by Israel in guarding an area
whose control is essential to perpetuate the imperial role of the United
States.
The two scenarios
The answer to what has happened and is happening is not yet clear,
because the events are too recent, but if as regards the war in Ukraine
a first Russian response comes from the battlefield, where the army of
the Federation continues to advance like an inexorable steamroller, it
has opened a further front in the province of Sumy, threatens to lay
siege to the city and, bypassing it, to descend into the new direction
of operations up to the Dnipro, cutting Ukraine in two. The Donbass
front is on the verge of collapse, ?????????????, besieged from three
directions is on the verge of falling and this would determine the
general retreat of the front. The attack on Kramators'k and Sloviansk is
not far away. These successes on the battlefield explain the reasons for
Ukraine's recourse to terrorism which risks producing a reaction from
Russia as a response. There are those who hypothesize in the future the
physical elimination, through a hybrid and no-holds-barred war, of the
Ukrainian secret service cells, which would have the effect of producing
an endemic war, projected in time, which risks constituting a
characteristic trait of the living conditions of the European peoples as
it directly involves them. In other words, the war on the ground in
Ukraine may also end with an armistice and a peace but the nationalists
Ukrainians will be eliminated one by one by Russian anti-terrorism and
in turn will lead a war without quarter that will bloody the regions of
Europe and the world for years to come.
The scenario that emerges with regard to the confrontation between
Israel and Iran is not very different. Israel's choice to aim for a
subversion of the political regime in force in Iran, supported by
Israeli weapons, appears completely unrealistic and destined to fail,
and does not constitute the "final solution" to the problem, however
much it may count on fifth columns hypothetically present in the
country. Israel's intervention now comes too late and not so much with
respect to the Iranian project, completely hypothetical to equip itself
with a nuclear weapon, but in light of the capacity matured by the
Iranian military apparatus to defend itself, even if with armaments that
exclude the use of nuclear weapons. The bombings with conventional
weapons such as ballistic missiles, promptly obscured by the Israeli
government with regard to their devastating effects, have demonstrated
that Iran has matured the capacity to saturate the Israeli defense
system by penetrating it and producing significant destruction and not a
few victims among the population. The ability to sustain a constant and
destructive war has emerged clearly, difficult for Israel to sustain
both for the cost it entails but even more for the constant threat it
represents. As much as Israel may plan to build a greater Israel, Iran
is a country of 90 million inhabitants, with an immense territory,
especially if compared to that of Israel, and therefore the solution to
the problems lies only in peaceful coexistence and in the search for a
coexistence agreement that simultaneously protects the rights of all the
peoples of the region. The inalienable rights of the Palestinian people
are inescapable: if one does not want to accept the idea of the
existence of two States and two peoples that divide the territory on
which to live, the only other solution is to create an
inter-confessional entity that allows all the inhabitants of the region
to live peacefully. But this would be the end of Zionism as a political
doctrine and as an aspiration of Jewish nationalism and at the same time
It would force Muslims to review their vision of peaceful coexistence
and religious freedom, perhaps returning to the Millet system, as in the
times of the Ottoman Empire or at the origin of the Jewish state. On the
current basis, the objective of the American administration seems to be
to manage a modus operandi between the parties involving Putin's Russia
as a guarantee, as an ally of Iran but at the same time holder of a
special, historical relationship with the Israeli state, thereby
legitimizing the role of manager of a multipolar balance of Russia, to
the detriment and discreet of the role of Europe, considered a bunch of
foolish servants, devoid of any subjectivity and ability to represent
their own interests. It is useless to note that the one who is
humiliated by this crisis is the EU in the person of Ursula fon der
Stupid and the idiot Kaia Kallas who have once again demonstrated their
substantial inconsistency.
