Dear friends, At Animals First Aid, from our very first day we made a solemn promise that when an animal is suffering, we would never look away.  We never have. We never will! Today, we are stepping in to support a new partner shelter, Every Life Counts in Ramnicu Valcea, Romania. They care for animals they rescue - dogs, cats, donkeys, sheep, and goats - plus feed 100 stray dogs every weekend. Every one of these innocent animals is alive today thanks to the dedication of one amazing woman. The future of the lifesaving operation is in danger - it could be forced to close. The hardest part is not rescue - it is sustaining her lifesaving work. PLEASE DONATE Food prices are rising fast. Vet visits are constant. Many animals need long-term medication or special diets. Adoption rates are low, especially for older or traumatized dogs who may never find homes but still deserve safety. Animals First Aid is stepping in to cover urgent essentials: food, veterinary care, parasite treatments, and basic shelter maintenance. Without all of this, rescue simply cannot continue.
