Semaine très mouvementée au centre fermé de Vottem
25/06/2018 : « Jeudi dans l’aile jaune 4 Albanais ont cassé les carreaux pour s’évader. Cela a fait beaucoup de bruit et on a tous accouru, on était assez excité, une vingtaine d’Arabes.
Un Albanais a réussi à se casser. Les 3 autres ont été mis au cachot. L’un d’entre eux blessé a été placé dans l’aile sécurisée. Un autre a été expulsé le lendemain. »
« C’était chaud : on voulait tous partir “.
Puis Le lendemain (si j’ai bien compris), douze ont été mis au cachot « pour participation à l’évasion… ».
Ce jour notre interlocuteur ne sait pas combien sont encore au cachot, étant isolé de tout contact.
On lui a dit qu’il irait dans l’aile sécurisée dés qu’il y a de la place. On lui a aussi dit que c’était très bien qu’il n’avait pas d’avocat,comme cela ils pouvaient faire ce qu’ils voulaient avec lui.
Il appelle à l’aide et est au bout du rouleau.
27/06/2018 : Une amie d’un détenu nous alerte : son copain est depuis 22 jours au cachot. « Ce n’est pas normal cela , il a droit juste à une heure de préau dans une cage. C’est où les droits de l’homme ? »
28/06/2018 : Et ce matin un homme « résidant « à Vottem a réussi à s’évader lors de son transfert au tribunal. Il court toujours…..
