We publish herewith a statement of the Union of Railwaymen Chartres rather severe with 
amendments famous member Chassaigne (PCF) on railway reform: ---- Mr. MP and Chairman of

For almost two years, our federation CGT railway worked and set up the
public an alternative proposal to develop a public service transport
rail freight and passengers within a single company, SNCF.

Know , Sir, in addition to having the advantage of simplicity - unlike the factory
gas that the government requires you to take - our proposal meets the requirements in
force in Brussels. Simply transfer the essential functions (path allocation and
validation of the general plan of rail transport, determining the pricing of using
infrastructure, determining and collecting charges) currently carried out by the RFF
DGITM Service Department of the Ecology, Sustainable Development and Energy. The rest of
RFF (design of the transportation plan, traffic management, maintenance and development of 
the network) can then be reintegrated into the station.

close to the pooling of human and material resources, and the question of the conditions
for social railroaders. As everyone knows, from its historical monopoly, SNCF
has built a regulation ensuring the safety of traffic and the conditions of

regulations already in force at the station?
