Defend freedom of association ---- On June 27, 2014 demonstrated members of the FAU Berlin their solidarity with a trade union activist of the Polish base union Inicjatywa Pracowniza (IP), which was released in the course of their trade union activities. At Berlin Hauptbahnhof were employees and customers of the newspaper and bookstores "AD" and " Virgin "informed about the anti-union policy in Warsaw. The activists wore this highly visible T-shirts with the inscription "defend freedom of association". ---- The group Lagardere Services operates across Europe train station bookstore and duty-free shops at railway stations and airports. In Poland, this is done by the company Aelia Polska, which is owned by Lagardere Services. Due to the prevailing working conditions, there was a trade union initiative. Shortly thereafter, the employee who is behind this commitment, dismissed. Union defend freedom!
