It's Time For Medicare For All!

No one should die or go bankrupt from lack of health insurance! We demand Universal Healthcare. It's time for Medicare for All! Sign Now Dear friends, Anyone who has tried to navigate private health insurance in the United States — or worse, access health care with no insurance at all — knows how overwhelming and confusing it can be. Every day, Americans spend countless hours trying to figure out a needlessly complex and expensive system just to access basic and necessary healthcare services. People who don't fall sick often might not get it. But every day, countless Americans actually forgo medical treatments that they need because they're not sure how much it will cost them, or if it could even bankrupt their entire family. It shouldn't be this hard or this expensive just to see a doctor. The solution to providing every American with access to necessary, affordable health care is right under our noses. Extending Medicare to cover everyone in the U.S. would not only ensure that no one goes without healthcare. It would also save the whole country lots of money in the long run, since comprehensive universal health care is actually much less expensive than the convoluted and overly-complicated privatized system the U.S. currently uses. Politicians often wrongly act as though Americans somehow are big fans of the health insurance companies they have (for those who even have insurance at all). But that couldn't be more obviously ludicrous. People hate their insurance companies because it's clear these corporations only have one goal: Profit, Profit, Profit. They do not care about our health. They do not care about our well-being. They will wring us for all we are worth. But we don't have to live, suffer, and die because of their mercilessness any longer. The need for comprehensive, universal health care could not be clearer. We know the Medicare for All system works, and we demand it — now! Let's remind our political leaders that they answer to us, not to the insurance companies.
